I am not happy with new mandatory agreement for application of flea products if adult flea is found on dog during grooming. Not providing a courtesy call and/or the opportunity to decline the medication, or even choose which med would be used is not acceptable.

I was not happy with how long it took for my pets grooming to be done. I left her at 12:30, and she was not ready until close to 645. I was told when I arrived to get her that groomings were “overbooked“, but it seems to me someone could at least have called me and let me know. I arrived at 6 to pick my dog up and waited another 45 minutes.

As always I received excellent care. I have had a difficult time getting the results from the blood work however. I got a call/message that the blood work for my dog was back and the doctor wanted to go over the results with me. I have called 2 times and been informed that the doctor was with a patient and would call me back, but they never did. I am still waiting to hear.......

Only place I board my dog that I have to spend 20 minutes waiting to sign paperwork. Other locations keep it on file and it is not necessary for every visit.

Not happy about having to give our 9 yr old cats rabies shots when they don t need them, have never had them and NEVER go outdoors just so they can get service. It may be the policy now but it just feels like a way to get more money out of long standing customers.
