One thing I don’t understand is why they don’t do the exam in front of the owners, especially cats. My last visit there was a vet tech & the Dr in the exam room with me & my cat. The vet tech held on to my cat & she petted her & was so sweet & calming to my cat while the Vet examined her & talked to us! That is comforting to the owners who in many cases have invested so many years in their cats’ lives & if they are repeat adopters of cats as well there’s a deep relationship of trust & love between the cat & the owner. I was petrified when my cat was brought back to me at my first visit when she was huddled in the corner of the carrier & petrified! In all of her 13 years of exams, even sick ones, she never came back to me that scared!! My last appt for her was so much better!! I hope these changes will be lasting! The staff there is amazing, kind & friendly!! Thank you!!

All employees make it easy to bring my boy, Hogan, into the office for shots, exams and baths. I have poor balance and one of your employees come to the car to retrieve Hogan, when his appointment is complete, someone will bring him back to the car. I find all employees to be kind, patient, courteous and efficient. They take excellent care of my precious fur boy. Thanks for a Job well done. Hogan will be back in another month or two. Jay was very accommodating with giving my cat a very last minute appt for a vaccine and nail trim. Every interaction I ve had with her has always been great. She and Dr. Gurguis were very thoughtful and caring with us when we had to have our dog put to sleep in July. We appreciate the great staff here and will continue coming back.
