I am extremely grateful for the kind and attentive personnel who take care of my precious, Hogan, when I bring him in for appointments and care. And I add, your staff is so helpful to me too. They come out to my car to take Hogan inside for his appointments, and walk him back to the car, when treatment is completed. This is achieved without complaint, but with the greatest of kindness. The appointment was for nail trimming. Everything was quick and as expected with no problems. I was, however, a little disappointed that the edges of the nails weren’t filed to smooth them out as they had been on a previous visit. Perhaps there was good reason for this, but the difference was noticeable. It was a blunt cut with sharp edges. I will request a filing at the next appointment. P.S. The hot beverage offering is a nice touch and appreciated.
