The only thing that was disappointing was I was supposed to get a phone call regarding the results and instead they called my emergency number and actually text my emergency number contact. Why wouldn’t they call me and text me I had to call them because I hadn’t heard from them.

I called for a refill of a prescription for my cat on a Saturday and not sure if I could get it that day. Thank you to the staff for getting it filled and calling me later that day telling me it was ready for pickup.

The monthly visits are tech appointments only and they come to my car so I don’t have Knowledge of the inside of the office. The tech the last few times has been great. They have come out within 10 minutes time. In the past I have waited over half an hour for a tech to come to my car and give a shot.
