My concern is the frequency of Vet provider changes. Staffing changes that put others in rolls not accustom to doing. Noted a difference in how busy clinic was based on lack of clients in waiting room

The staff at Advanced Pet Care were helpful, understanding and courteous. They really care about your pet and it shows in their demeanor. They assisted me in getting my dog out of my car and into the exam room since she was having trouble walking. She is too heavy for me to pick up or carry. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen! The vet was over priced and they don’t really care about the animals only to MAKE MONEY ??????.

I went in to pick up Annika s worm medication (did not bring her). Staff was friendly, efficient and I was seen quickly to pick up meds.

The veterinarian and the lady who checked us in were both kind and friendly, but as the visit came to a conclusion, one of the receptionists became combative and rude when I showed her the coupon. Since it was my first visit, I did not find that acceptable.

Great place, nice and very professional.

The veterinarian and assistants are great but I was upset because I had an appointment for 3pm and was rushing to be on time only to have guests that had appointments at 3:30 be seen before me. I was not seen until an hour after my appointment.

The entire experience was pleasant & informative. I was comfortable. My dogs were well taken care of. Will recommend
