I would like to go in with my dog for shots. Also I was there for almost 3 hours. Staff was friendly. Never saw the vet.

checking in was great, but checking out not so much. office staff, there were two, did not acknowledge us as we waited to pay for service. one staff was on the phone with a client, the other was speaking to a walk in client who had many questions. it would have been nice if they had at least said I ll be with you soon or something.

Staff is great and friendly, however, I found that the prices were doubled! Over $300 to get a male cat neutered is outrageous. Can t afford to come back.

They were not helpful I was unable to go with my dog so my mom took her. There was a language barrier again but I’m aware that there are people the speak Spanish there when I’ve gone. They charged my mom for two dewormings instead of one and they also charged her for the rabies shot even though that one was free because she was adopted. I asked them if they can check my dog for a rash she had and if they can give her something for her ear infection and a cream for the rash they said I would have to reschedule an appointment for that even thought she already had an appointment that I’m paying for.

Doctor Post was so compassionate. I recommend Advanced Pet Care to all my family and friends.

I had my parents take my dog to her appointment which was only for vaccines Monday the 26th but my parents were charged for a brief exam. She had one already previously and because of the language barrier they couldn’t communicate well with them.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I just brought Deja in for Rabies and annual vaccines. Also spoke with doctor regarding breathing and received information about same. It is good to know the doctor cares enough to take the time to discuss matters that could mean extending Deja s life, even if that wasn t the main reason for my visit. I do believe that you need another person at the counter for reception and payment, etc. The person that was there when I made Deja s appointment noted something that I did not ask for and my son did not realize it. So Deja had her anal glands checked even though I didn t ask for that to be done. She was so busy when I scheduled I think she got me mixed up with someone else.

The initial visit was great. But the day after my cat would not eat the food that was suggested and so I had to give her what I had on hand. I tried calling twice today and sending an email to let the doctor know this was happening but received no response. Also because she would not eat, many of the medications prescribed were wasted because no matter what I tried to get the pills down her did not work. Now I am not sure what to do from here.

My only complaint is that the website/online forms are not user friendly and informative.

office personnel were courteous and helpful. the vetenerian was very knowledgeable and courteous.

It was an emergency as my dog was hit by a car. My dog was taken in immediately and received the best possible care. My dog Peanut is going to make a full recovery. I just want to thank the Vet, technicians, and office staff for taking immediate action to save my dog. I am beyond grateful to you all.

Since I am a senior and have very bad knees I asked if a tech could walk my dog in for me. She said for liability reasons she couldn’t. That would be nice if your techs could do that favor for the elderly but I do understand. Other than that everything good

The front desk workers seem very rude…. They aren’t knowledgeable about the prices of the services either. I would like to rate this better next time I am in the vet with my pet.

They are always professional, kind, and courageous. I feel safe bringing my fur babies to be cared for here and would highly recommend them.

I can overlook the higher prices because of the appointment availability and we love DR Post. What is really a turn off is the way estimates are given. It more like going to a dentist. Which I try to avoid. I just like straight forward pricing. As I think most people would appreciate.
