The staff is amazing

All the receptionist that work there are so friendly and nice and so helpful. I’ll keep going, I feel comfortable with my dogs when they take them in the back, my dogs don’t come back scared or anything so I feel comfortable there.

The entire staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful, professional, kind and very approachable.I use to take my pets to a facility for over 25 years after having my pet being seen by the staff there. I appreciate and feel more comfortable with the staff here. I love that they give you workable care options without making you feel as if you have no other options. I recommend them to EVERYONE I know.

I asked the vet if she could clip my dog’s dew claws as close as possible without hurting him. I’ve had his dew claws clipped twice now by you guys and whoever clipped them did an awesome job. Foose is a very difficult dog. Hates his nails touched and backend touched. But you guys did a wonderful job. Thank you! :)

Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Doc didn’t come in the room until 3 hours later.

Very Friendly Staff

Only one person covering the front desk at a very busy time. I have yet to meet the vet, and I ve taken my dog there more than a few times. I brought home my dog from overnight boarding, and he was lethargic and didn t want to eat the next day. When I called, the vet was unavailable, and they suggested another appointment. I will reconsider boarding there again.

Thanks to Kimberly, she made arrangements to borrow vaccine from another clinic and had a staff member go and pick it up. This saved us an extra trip to the office as we had plans to be out of state, and any additional arrangements we would have to make.
