Maybe I m just old and not up with the cost of things theese days, but seems service for a very minor surgery are a bit too costly. But it is what it is. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I live quite a ways up on the mountain, but the trip down for the great service is certainly worth it.

I love the staff, techs, and Doctors, but the wait time is so long even with an appointment. I am a loyal client, but wish your office was not so busy all tbe time.

I dropped off my cat to be neutered and informed the staff that I would be out of town that afternoon and my husband would pick up the cat. I get a call from my husband telling me they denied him to pick up our cat and they would hold the cat overnight and charge us until I picked him up. Not great communication and a very upsetting.

There was 1 front office person when we arrived. Between the constant foot traffic and phone calls, their should have been another person. She was nice and professional regardless.

I was very upset I wasn’t allowed to go with my dog while she got her shot and nails trimmed. I was told it would be an extra charge for me to go in. This is really bad practice to me. I will be looking for a different vet.

It sucks that they are part of a program where you get to pay $25 for neutering or spaying your pet. But when you call to make the appointment you have to pay $50 upfront because people cancel appointments all the time. I totally get where they’re coming from but if that’s the case then maybe they shouldn’t be apart of this program. Aside from the $50 I asked if I’ll get reimbursed when I go to my appointment and I was told the $50 and $25 would be deducted from my bill. So in other words I was still going to pay more ??? This was very unfortunate as I do love this vet clinic but please don’t be apart of a program for low income if you’re not actually going to help or keep your word of only charging $25
