Considering the pandemic and the things that are putting strenuous tasks on tons of businesses and places just to stay open, you guys are amazing. Doing everything right, taking your time, it’s nasty hot in SB and you guys just sat out there came to my car sweating and dying but still letting me ask my dumb questions and helping me understand things. Buddy, my boy is my whole life and I couldn’t thank you guys enough for taking such good care of him and being comforting and gentle with him, and really aiming your priority to care for him and make sure I understood things. Love you guys, I’ll bring my babies there forever.

It was just very hot waiting outside and it took a couple of hours before my dog was seen. I understand the wait outside but it was just a very hot day.

This is my third request asking for a copy of the Pre-Anesthetic blood Work that we paid for. Because we live so far away, we will be sharing this info with our local vet. Can you help me get a copy of this?

I have brought my dog Luna here since she was a Puppy and the doctors saved her from Parvovirus and I have a special place in my heart for here. Unfortunately the last two times I have brought her I was told 10-20 minutes and have waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. This last time was just for vaccinations. It’s way to long for Luna to sit in a car. I’m very sorry to say but I believe I have to change Veterinarian services.

was not told about no office space available. To sit in a car with over 100 degree temps is not okay. My husband got sick. call us when office is available for appointments. We will get our dog his buster shot then.

The vet was nice, We didn t like that our pets were removed from the room for their examinations and shots

I didn’t go inside the office, so I can’t comment on the last question. We were helped by Robert who was kind and helpful. We were very impressed with him. The doctor on the phone was very helpful answering our questions and explaining the procedures done for our cat. Thank you! We’ll be back!

The wait time for my pets to be taken in from appt time was quite awhile.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have my pet seen in the office during these times of physical distancing. However, I look forward to being able to be present in the office in the near future as the current circumstances seem so impersonal.

Our dog, Hero, LOVES coming here! Thanks for making him feel at home when he boards, and for giving him all the love when he s not feeling well. We ve moved out of the area but we continue to make the drive because we know our pup will always be in good hands.

During these trying times with covid and curb-side assistance please don t schedule as usual.... Summer is HOT! Sitting in the car waiting on my baby the air-conditioner won t allow it. Don t schedule so close together. You can t accommodate that. I love ur service. Won t go anywhere else but don t schedule so close together!!!!!
