We worked with Robert when We took our pet in he was very nice and friendly and very informative very polite and a true pleasure to work with. Also Mr. Bishay was pleasant to speak with very informative and supporting in Getting the proper care and medication for our dog his help was very much appreciated and that fact that he cares and was willing to help with prices made our experience a good one. The only issues was the wait we had a 10am appointment and did not leave til 2 pm a 4 hr wait with no restroom available was horrible especially since we drove from the high desert for this appointment and no places are open to the public at the moment. Also their front desk receptionist were not very friendly at one point I was waiting outside of the door to be acknowledged since there is a “stop do not enter” sign on the door one of the receptionist clearly saw me standing there through the window waiting to be addressed and she did not she kept conversing with the other receptionist and ignored me When I opened the door to get acknowledged they looked irritated as if I was bothering them and overall the feel was not welcoming it was more like they did not want to deal with people.

I never received my post op paperwork or my dogs bloodwork results. I called and asked for it to be emailed and have received nothing yet.

They gave us lots of information to take care of our dog and even advised us of a problem he may have to go back for as a check up

Wait time was a little longer than expected even though we had an appointment. The doctor took the time to fully examine my pet and diagnose him. He also explained what our options for treatment were and how we could it.Catherine was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable.She constantly checked up on us and tried to help as much as she could. Probably the best vet experience by far and will definitely will be going back.

For safety please get proper mats at entrance.

They always get me in when I call and I have only a brief wait once I arrive.

Everyone is awesome ....Katie, Maria and doctor Post and all the other wonderful members of the staff are all fantastic, always going the extra mile for my three dogs ...been with them for many years. Fantastic service, great prices, exceptional care. We love this hospital!

The staff are very nice

This has always been our go to vet, for 15 years. I had just refered my mom to take her dog too. We love that you all care about the animals & not just about how much money could be made off of people who are often in there for something worry some with their fur-babies.

I came in 30 mins before my appointment. Someone who came in after me and made a last minute appointment was seen before me. I wasnt seen until 50 mins after my appointment. Front staff doesnt say anything even waiting along time. Vet techs were great abd helpful.

Awesome experience and I highly recommend this Vet!

Being able to go back with my pet would make me feel a lot less anxious and probably help keep my pet calm too. I was told to wait in the waiting room while my animal received shots. I understand procedure and that it’s probably easier for the vet if there are less people in the room. Yet, I also believe it would have been in the best interest of my animal (along with my sanity) if I was allowed to be in the room while they received their shots.

The vet really listened to me and provided prompt service. The vet tech was friendly and helpful. really happy with the service. THANK YOU!

We had both of our dogs anal glands drained, but I don t think they did a very good job. That same night they were having the same symptoms as before, licking their anus and dragging.

The vet tech was caring and considerate.

Although my dog lost her puppies they still manage to save my dog s LIFE! It was a bitter sweet experience. I am grateful and thankful for having these doctor s and nurses save my dog when she could of lost her life.

I got my dog fixed and she acted funny the first couple days and didn’t really want to eat and she has had a cough since she got back from the vet.
