The staff was extremely accommodating, and the vet tech I spoke with answered every question I had with all the information they could give. This vet is an hour away from where I live, but I will likely make it my primary vet based on the incredible experience I had.

There were very busy when I was there, but as soon as the girls had a chance there were very helpful, courteous and you can tell they real cared about all the animals that were coming in, I give them 5 ??????????

Amazing staff helpful knowledgable and highly skilled will bring all my pets and will recommend to all my family and friends

Staff was great. The wait was a bit long. service and communication was good.

You need more staff to reduce long waits, who are friendlier and less rushed and stressed, and your continuing price increases are irritating to customers who have many other veterinary practices to patronize.

Just one comment bothered me.. one staff member said my dog was aggressive when he is the most sweet, kind lovable dog. He was nervous and stressed not aggressive. He was not barking or trying to bite, or come at other dogs or people.

I was told the spay would be covered by the animal shelter to then be surprised that my portion would be almost $400 I would have never brought my cat in if I knew I would be out of pocket so much money.

Recommending all my pet parents to Advanced Pet Care. Very, very pleased with pet treatment and clients.
