Dr was so nice and the front office staff was only one person and she was holding it down very orderly and calmly!

Everyone was very friendly

Suggestions: staff might want to double check ID on new accounts to avoid typos. Otherwise, very good customer service.

I can get my dog in fast for shots but, I can’t get her in when she has a medical situation. I mean an appointment is scheduled too far out.

The lady at the desk was suppose to give me a stich removal date and she did not

I’m please with the services there. Affordable and no long wait times. Doctor did an excellent job on my pet (spaying). I plan on going back for other services.

Everyone was great

I was very disappointed with services this time around. We recently adopted from the shelter and were sent here for vaccines and neutering. We dropped off at 8:15 am as requested and we were told we would receive a call between 10-12. By 11:15 I hadn’t heard so I called. I was told there had been an emergency and that my dog was the only one not seen but that he’d be ready by 4:30.i was told they would call and go over a list of services as options. I declined but she said they had to formerly call and go over the list. I got a call at noon and again, declined everything. I was told I would owe $7 and some change. I called at 3 and was told he was still not seen and would be staying the night. No courtesy call to me whatsoever. I was told I could come in anytime the next day and he would be ready. I went at 1pm and still spent an hour waiting. Then I was charged $60 for a pain shot I did not request, I had to argue this and wait for another phone call to another department. This was a worker error not mine. There was no apology either. The computers were crashed. The blond receptionist was very apologetic and sweet. The other receptionist acted like I was an inconvenience along with some other staff I observed who walked around non chalant with no sense of urgency for their job towards myself or the others in the waiting room who had also been waiting even longer than myself and still there when I left. Very poor customer service, very slow despite the one receptionist mentioned above who was polite and has been working here a long time because we also adopted 2 dogs a little over a year ago and she was here then.

Great as always! The appointment though took much longer than expected. Wasn t expecting to be 2.5hrs for the 3 cats but perhaps that was an issue with my expectations. Otherwise, staff and everyone were friendly, great attitudes, and spent plenty of time explaining things. The cats made it to their international destination without too much fuss.

Love the chairs outside! Owning Cujo and all. Maybe an awning of some sort in the future. Didn’t know what color of the stars was correct. But I give a five star on all questions. Got my boy neutered and vaccinated. Now it’s time to train him to be a decent member of dog society. Thank you!

I tip my hat to the receptionists. They handled constant ringing phones and incoming clients well under pressure. Keep up the great work!

After going to the humane society & getting turned away because someone there gave me the wrong info, we were frantic. They gave us the phone & address to your clinic, so we drove over & told them our situation & after checking with the doctor, he said he would take mama cat. She is a feral & has had 2 litters, one in the bushes(they all died) the next on our patio, in a comfy heated box. We wanted to help this precious girl and get her fixed, we are still trying to find homes for 2 babies. I didn’t know what I was doing but we got a trap on loan from YAPS & I was so surprised I caught her! Thank you Dr. Post for taking her and a special thank you to the front desk for talking to Dr. Post! I don’t think I could have caught her again! You guys are the best! ????

I was very happy the way whoever did them trimmed my dogs nails. I asked please make sure the nails get trimmed while Foose was under. He does NOT like his feet touched. I asked to make sure the dewclaws are short. Very happy! Good job ya’ll!

I appreciate meeting Moses who takes care of Sammy. I feel very confident knowing Sammy is under his care. The young lady who brought Sammy out is delightful and knowing she also cares for Sammy is wonderful.

I loved this facility. I felt very safe leaving my pet in your care. Her nurse, Katelyn was AMAZING! I felt very at ease and she made the process very easy. The vet kept me updated on the surgery and the office called as soon as she was out. I will definitely be bringing my pet back! Thank you!!
