Really appreciated that the doctor was able to see my dog on the same day he became ill. I appreciated his advice and treatment options. There was a funny smell that greeted me when I arrived (#6 rating). Maybe just need to open some windows to air out the office?

I am sop happy with Jacksonville Vet Hospital. Both Dr Rogers and Dr Dix are wonderful. They are great with both people and their pets. Both always take time to explain things to me. Dr Rogers developed a great treatment plan today for my cat. I can t say enough in praise of Dr Rogers.

Dr Rix was very accurate and helpful when explaining our dog’s condition. Very empathetic and caring as well. A very comforting atmosphere all around when you dealing with aging pet.

Kind of busy when pick up time came and was confusing. The front desk staff is great. The tech came out and handed us our cat and meds, and could have asked if we had questions. She helped us after we asked.

Amazing to be able to get 3 dogs in at the same time. Everyone was so accommodating and never made me feel rushed! The best!
