I am totally impressed with Jacksonville Veteranary Hospital. They are so friendly and helpful yet so professional. They go above and beyond taking care of my precious animals. And their rates are unbelievably reasonable. I can think of nothing but praise to say about them. The entire staff are wonderful people, and the vets are so very knowledgeable and capable.

I really appreciated the up front honesty of my treatment plan before all the test were run. Also I added a rabies shot while in the room with Dr. Dix and he was so kind and happy to provide me the extra service as a busy mom that was super helpful to not have to make another appointment.

Nancy at the reception is the reason we brought our fragile sick dog to Jacksonville veterinary. It was scary to know who to trust to help us try and save our dog’s life. We had to get her out of the SO ER do to funds running out and wanting a second opinion. Nancy knew what they could provide and what they couldn’t promise being that it was a holiday. I am forever grateful for her concern and help. The owner is super nice and honest as well.

Outstanding! Very well organized, super clean, and pleasant. I like your system for people coming in with their pets, as well as picking them up, which handles things quickly and smoothly without having a lot of people crammed into a crowded waiting room with their cats and dogs. Technicians were thorough, helpful, and informative. My kittens were spayed with great care, I was promptly notified when they were out of surgery, and given a follow up call the next day to see how they were doing and make sure there were no issues. This is the best vet clinic I have seen in the valley and I have tried several. Highly recommended!

I very much appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff and particularly, Dr. Rogers. She took the time needed to explain her examination findings and was concise and to the point in her assessment of our dog, Taz. She did this in a very understanding and compassionate way. I never felt rushed. If there was any non-clarity in some details of the prognosis, it was my own emotional response to the situation clouding my receptivity. I would highly recommend Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital and especially Dr. Roger and her staff to anyone seeking medical help for their dog or other animal friend.

Smelly and hairy to be expected but pre than usual I would say.
