This visit was much more pleasant than our first visit in 2024. We really appreciated Dr. Dix and his vet tech. The front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. We recommended another family member to your practice but she was told you are no longer accepting new patients. While we understand and appreciate you can only do so much, we were sad she couldn t experience the help and care of Dr. Dix for her two cats.

So glad we found Dr. Dix in Jville. He was our vet years ago in Portland at LH vet. And our favorite vet tech reappeared at our last appt. Yay.

The only thing I find frustrating with your office, is not getting a person answering the phone when I call in. Instead I get a recording to leave a message if it s not an emergency. This happens every time I call. I have actually driven to the office three times to book an appointment, ask a question, or talk to a real person. I find this a bit irritating. I don t feel I should have to come in to the office every time I need to talk to someone. Please answer your phones when a call comes in!
