It was a tech visit always good SweetPea did yipe I was not sure texh was going to tell me what happened I asked and she volunteered she didn t like IM shot... she was super sick two days not unexpected with vaccines

We absolutely love Jacksonville Vet Hospital. We have always had a really great experience. All of the staff are friendly and kind. They are patient with me as an overly anxious dog mom and even more patient with my codependent fur babies. I tell everyone to come here!

Always a pleasure to interact with Dr. Dix and his vet tech. Thoughtful and compassionate care for our pet.

Dr Rogers spent a LOT of time with me, discussing the behavior of our new, adult dog. She gave me so much valuable information, as well as suggestions of what to look up for more help. I really appreciated her time & attention to our challenges, she really went over & beyond what I expected.

Absolutely love the care we get. Always able to help our girls get in within a reasonable amount of time. The one thing we have noticed is that the clinic doesn’t smell clean. Totally understand that there is a revolving door of animals, but it doesn’t really smell clean lately.

The whole staff were so kind my dog had developed a serious problem and they took us right away due to the illness. Can’t say enough good things about them .

This is my favorite vets office! Everyone is so nice and friendly and welcoming and I feel like the doctors really take the time to meet with my pet and truly care about their wellbeing! I moved to south Ashland but I don’t mind making the drive out there at all, even with 3 vets that are way closer to me, it feels worth it!
