The people there are absolutely wonderful.

I was nervous about not getting to be in the room with my dog for his 1st vet visit but everyone s friendliness put me at ease. I did feel that the doctor was wanting to get on with his schedule & I was asking too many questions. He was nice but I felt like I needed to let him get back to work. So I left a couple questions unasked. All in all though, excellent service & will be happy to see you all again when the need arises. Thank you!!!

The time Dr. Rogers took with us to explain Timber s issues about how to handle stressful situations was really valuable to me. I appreciate how much she observes and knows my puppies. This really makes me less stressed about putting them into the clinics care. Gina Wheelock

The wait time was frustrating but I always appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I wasn’t sure how the stars worked in the survey. I assume you leave gold stars and click to take any away. I hope it’s not the opposite so it looks like I gave zero stars which I didn’t.

They were amazing as usual. Got right in and didn t wait too long, they were quick and thorough and very reasonable.

Our dog, Grover, has issues with his anal glands and has to come in every 6-8 weeks to have them expressed. We never know exactly when he’ll need to come in and over the past year, we have been able to call and get an appointment with a Vet Tech within a few days of him needing to be seen. When I called last Thursday , I was told the next available appointment was in three weeks. I said that unfortunately that was too far out as likely Grover’s glands would get impacted and possibly infected waiting three weeks. The receptionist put me on hold and when she came back, was able to offer me an appointment for the very next morning. We are so thankful for all of you for your flexibility and for fitting us in. You are so appreciated!!! Thank you!

Even though we were not able to come in to the office at this time, the staff was excellent and caring and I felt comfortable letting them take my cat from my car.The communication was great. Thank you!
