We scheduled the appointment about 2 months in advance, bringing in our 4 dogs for their annual check up. We had to wait over an hour to be seen, seemed understaffed for how busy the clinic was that day. Once it was our turn, the vet tech and vet were both great, worked through our 4 dogs over the next hour, explained everything well. The overall cost of the visit (around $1000) was about 150% of what it was last year for the same 4 dogs (~$650), which was more than we expected to pay, but we know costs are going up everywhere. There was one test results left off our paperwork/billing, I had to text to get those results, then had to pay the difference via link. We love yall s clinic, always feel like the vets care about our pups, so only sharing my feedback as observations on ways to get better.

Everyone that helped me with my cats was great! I really appreciate what y’all do!

I inquired about next steps on shots and i felt like they pushed me out the door and said i need to make appointment with doctor.

Loved our vet. She was so informative, didn’t rush us, very nice.

I have used Sequoyah Animal Hospital for many years, not only do they take care of my pets, they call to check on them 2 or 3 days later.

As always, everyone was great to interact with! Dr. Holford was a pleasure and it was great to catch up with her.

We went in for an eye issue, and I feel like we left without any answers. The doctor was more focused on my dogs anxiety, which she has had for 9 years. I feel like we were upcharged for things we were not there for. We will not be coming back.

I was only dropping my dogs off for boarding. However it would be nice to offer an upgraded bath when filling out the boarding forms online or the option to add a brush up training when completing the forms. I was in a rush to drop them off so I didn’t have time to think of other options at the time of drop off.

Very kind,compassionate and loving with my dog(Gracie Mae). Everyone was professional with her care. This visit was a breathe of fresh air. I honestly can t say enough how much this means to me.
