everything went smoothly and staff was very good and everything was clean and smelled good not like you would expect being an animal hospital

Pressure on paying off my bill was pressured into giving them my bank card in order for them to see my Dog it was completely unprofessional and rude

Dr Hughes was fantastic! She spent a lot of time with me and helped me figure out a wonderful plan for Pinkle. I can t thank her enough! And your staff was phenomenal. We had what appeared to be an emergency and you guys got us in and took beautiful care of my little friend, even though you were busy Thank you all!!!

We have been patients for many years and we love you guys. My only negative happened recently when we were given the wrong prescription. I didn’t realize this until I got home and we live almost an hour away. His regular meds and the one we received were vastly different so I asked a staff member before giving him the meds and I’m glad I did. We came back and got the right meds and luckily I didn’t give him the wrong ones but someone else may not have checked. I am not upset, I understand accidents happen and everything worked out but thought I would feel wrong for not mentioning this. Thank you for always giving us great care.

Our fur baby loves all staff here. She actually gets excited when she knows she s going to see her dr. I Def recommend this place.

I have just recently just started going to Sequoyah Animal Hospital and I have been really pleased with the care my pets have received. Dr. Hughes and the vet techs were all so nice and caring for my pets.

It was the very first time I coordinate a drop off. It went well until your closed from 12-2 and I got word the dog was ready at 11:40. I couldn t get there by 12 and had to arrange my husband to pick up. No one was available after 2. Kinda was inconientt.Otherwise she tolerated okay.

For a first time visit, I would have thought a ittle more comprehensive checkup would have been done, i.e. the ears were not checked. Explaining the dog s Luxating Patella, I would also not expected the vaccines to be injected into the same leg. Lastly when called for a follow up appt and I indicated the dog was most uncomfortable (from the vaccines in the already stressed leg) I would have thought an additional follow up call would have been in order.

Dr. DeStasio is one of, if not the, best bet that I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Shrek be my vet for as long as she s working local here in Chattanooga
