Unable to get appointment over the phone, calls were not answered despite multiple attempts, I had to go to office to be able to get appointment

I was able to make payment arrangement when my card declined but was unable to get flea treatment per policy.

Everyone were thoughtful. My little girl Honey went to ER in Chattanooga, fracture leg as diagnosed and ligament issues also. She is in a splint and medication given. I am very grateful for your services.

The older woman vet was afraid of the dog he was muzzled and my husband was with him he was not aggressive the techs were great. I suggest shaving the dogs leg before trying to get blood and a if a vet is afraid of large dogs she dhoukd not try to care for them. This is the first time I have ever complained we our frequent clients and with boarding. I already asked to put in his chart we do not want to see her again!!!!!

I have been with this vet s office for about 7 years now and I m the last two it has gone down hill. The front desk seems so disorganized that it makes me uncomfortable. This time I was asked to fill out paperwork three times, I had to go into a private room twice when I had already spoken to a vet about the procedure, and when I tried to pay the lady at the front said she needed a vet to check the bill? You guys need to get a strong front office manager that can hold it down up there, take charge of scheduling, billing, and organize everyone while your vets do what they need to do and tend to the animals. I know that is a perfect scenario and not always achievable, but that front end manager would make a huge difference in your customer service I think. I also don t understand how we were billed so much previously for my dogs teeth cleaning while this time it only looked to be about $75. I also don t understand how last year you wanted to do surgery on a broken tooth she had under the gum line, but this time it wasn t there. When we receive such inconsistent information it seems like either you guys don t totally know what you are doing or you are trying to deceive your clients. I really enjoyed doing business with you and trusted you with my sweet baby dog before, but we are looking for a different office now after our last few visits.

I can not say enough good things about yall and the care yall give to animals. Everyone I talked to was great help and made the breeding process a breeze!

I think you should have the 6 month or yearly heartworm shots. Please consider this as i may change to somewhere else.
