I was so happy with the care my new little puppy received! So glad to find a vet and office staff that I know will take good care of my little girl!

They care for and treat them as if they were their own. It s a calm, safe environment to manage challenging health concerns with my fur baby.

Dr Baker & Dr Hughes have both seen our cat, Raven. He was given a poor prognosis at the emergency vet and euthanasia was suggested. After multiple visits and a careful plan with supportive care, that included SQ fluids and dietary changes, his labs went from critical to normal. He is now on the road to recovery. Panleukopenia is a difficult diagnosis and can be fatal. Your veterinarians and technicians are amazing! Without your in-office practice and your Scenic city practice, I am certain Raven would not have survived this complex illness. Thank you for your kindness, care, and prayers! You are heaven sent!

There are very helpful on extremely short notice much appreciated

The front desk staff needs additional training regarding the handling of dog afraid and dog aggressive handling procedures. They re sweet, but not helpful when our dog came out of being seen to small dogs in the waiting area and thankfully we were prepared as they were unaware and unsure of how to handle the situation. I love the vet, techs, and even the front desk staff, but to avoid injuries or dogs being set free through the front door as a friend had happen, managing the people in the lobby is a CRITICAL duty and perhaps needs to be evaluated. Our friend s dog took WEEKS to capture with trail cams, traps, and lots of pointless trips.

The vet I saw was a male fill in and he said my kitten has flea bites . Everyone of my animals are on flea protection and my yard . He didnt ask what food he is on or if he is stressed. I took him for another opinion and my kitten has something else wrong from the stress of him meeting other animals. He saw me in 5 minutes and sent me on ny way with doing no further research!!! Im very disappointed lately in this office due to all the change in vets . You never see the same one.

Staff and Vet were all terrific! It was very nice to have such friendly and caring folks on a Saturday morning all working together. Keep up the great teamwork!

It would be nice if you could set up some type of pay over time situation. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income there are times that Lucy needs attention but a lot of times I don’t have the funds to pay all at once. Lucy had a problem with one of her paws and needed a nail clip. I had to cancel a doctors appointment to be able to pay for the bill.,Please try to set up a payment plan for senior citizens. Thank you
