The staff is wonderful!

The staff was very helpful making it possible for me to complete lab work for my dog easily.

Every visit we see a different veterinarian. Is there a reason for the high turnover? They are good but Gerties getting older.

The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions took time and was very caring and compassionate for my kitty cat. Appreciate her! Thank you!

It would be nice if you could set up some type of pay over time situation. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income there are times that Lucy needs attention but a lot of times I don’t have the funds to pay all at once. Lucy had a problem with one of her paws and needed a nail clip. I had to cancel a doctors appointment to be able to pay for the bill.,Please try to set up a payment plan for senior citizens. Thank you

The tech that I saw, was u unprofessional . She referred to my female dog as a”he” and didn’t show compassion for my situation. Told me she would asses my fees and said I refused a drop off. She needs more training in customer care. The Dr was AMAZING. Feedback is needed to grow please take this as such.

Super friendly staff. My dog Vader had a minor issue and they worked me in the same day within 2 hours. Dr Baker is super nice and you can tell she really loves her job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a vet for their pets!

Staff was not well versed on Wellness Plan offerings. I probably would have purchased one if they were.

Was there for a blood test. Tech was efficient and when the results were available she went over them in detail.
