Great visit

Thank you for your professionalism. Our 12 yr old dog developed a harsh cough and was provided service and medication. Within two days, he was back to normal.

Missed one curved toenail on the rear paw, still curved under her paw, noticed it after we got home. Her gate is tender-footed.

It would be helpful for our very stressed Annie to be seen by the same person when we bring her for her nail appointment. The tech did a great job but it would help to handle Annie’s stress to have someone that knows her.

We love your place. Always great with our babies.

I came in with an emergency and they were super fast to get her in. They kept her overnight and took great care of her. We will definitely use Scenic City Vets again.

All were 5 ratings. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful during a strsseful time. They explained everything thoroughly to me. They called the next day to check on my dog. I’ve used Sequoyah since moving to Hixson and won’t leave because I love the doctors, staff, and service!

Everyone treats my big beautiful girl like she was their beloved dog. I appreciate everyone s help and support for a healthy happy pet!

Day boarding was excellent. Survey really doesn’t apply to boarding. With minor exceptions.

They are attentive to my pet and always give great care.

Our vet tech made it easier to leave our baby for treatment. The dr was very thorough and understanding.

I haven’t received the results of Berettas heart worm test. At the appointment i was told i would receive a call in about 10 min and i could wait or leave for those results. Just a friendly reminder to call or txt me with those results at 423-322-3558. Thank you so much. Linda Chanbers

Everyone has been exceptional nice. With Woo Woo and Our precious Daisy who passed away, with was a hard day and I cant say enough about Dr. Hughes she was so sweet the day Daisy had to be put down.

The exam room must have had a long haired dog in it before us because there was hair on the chairs and got all on my clothes. Otherwise, everything else was clean.

New to the area and this was our first visit with a recently diagnosed diabetic cat. From the phone call to set up an appointment to check in, exam, billing, explanation of next steps, everyone was amazing! The care shown for each animal and owner was professional and compassionate.

Pressure on paying off my bill was pressured into giving them my bank card in order for them to see my Dog it was completely unprofessional and rude

Dr Hughes was fantastic! She spent a lot of time with me and helped me figure out a wonderful plan for Pinkle. I can t thank her enough! And your staff was phenomenal. We had what appeared to be an emergency and you guys got us in and took beautiful care of my little friend, even though you were busy Thank you all!!!
