We thought we would have to drop her off since we were a work-in, but she was seen right away. That worked out much better for us & we appreciated it.

Everyone was so wonderful, and helpful! I know Saturdays especially can get hectic, and everyone did such a great job! We greatly appreciated they were able to work our pup in during our cat s appointment for an ear infection that popped up overnight as well. Highly recommended <3

THis survey would not let me change anything. I appreciate the follow up call For standard issues/ visits it would be helpful to wait 48 hrs as typically my pet has only revived one dose of meds etc so not long enough to give good feedback. Obviously if it was serious or surgical 24 hrs is better.

This was our best visit. Office staff was helpful and informative Pedi’s vet spent a great deal of time discussing his Epilepsy, his medications, labs and side effects we need to look out for. I left feeling all my questions had been answered.

All of the staff were wonderful - very courteous and helpful. Lauren explained everything to me about medication before I left, and Dr. Thompson was so helpful in explaining the situation with Sweetness. Yesterday, another staff member assisted me with advice on getting Sweetness to eat - which worked! I sadley cannot recall her name, but she was wonderful as well. Also, when I brought my pet in, there was a gentleman who had 2 dachshunds and he was in financial difficulty & could not pay for much needs meds and medical attention, lost his wife in February. The staff member who listened to him was very kind and knew immediately to go speak with the vet to help him. I knew it was not easy for him to ask for help. We are here to help one another, and that was an act of kindness that I will not forget. Thank you for that - for him and for our innocent animals.

I’ve been bringing all my animals here for a long time and spent a fortune on my cat just in the last 2 years. The staff has always been wonderful until this last visit. It seems it’s a lot of new staff that I don’t recognize. In the past when they have to keep my lil guy they call and update of what the deal is. This time I dropped him off at 9 am, didn’t get a call till 430 stating he was ready for pick up. Wait what is the issue? They didn’t feed him at all during this time or give him his first dose of meds?? This has never happened before. They have always been wonderful. We also paid way more for this visit than what we ever have for the same procedures. Not sure if there is a new vet in but I’d like to know where the other vet went to work at along with the other staff that I had been dealing with. I have never even had to leave this type of review ever and always disagreed with people that were negative against coming here. But now I might be rethinking as this last time just kind of left a bad impression. I waited longer than I ever have and could hear them continue to say room 4 is still here and has been here for a while. Still waited forever. I got there at 9 for drop off and it was almost 10 pm when I got out of there. Never ever waited that long for a drop off. I understand it was Monday and a lot of things get crazy on Mondays I do understand that. Then I was worried when we got him home bc we had seen no change in him but it’s because previously we are used to them feeding him and giving him his first dose of meds so there is always improvement but we were told we now have to tell them to do that? Well I mean they had him till 430 pm before they even called us to state he was ready. Then the billing estimate was 398 which didn’t include meds. But we have never pd that amount before so not sure of the price change? The total bill for this visit was 611 we have never pd that for same procedures during same day pick up. Then I called them back today to update on his eating status they advised well tomorrow will be day 3 I had to advise them no tomorrow will be day 4 as he was there Monday morning. Just a lot of things different now verses March when we were last there and I’m not sure it’s for the best.

I love Sequoyah Animal Hospital. They treat my fur baby as their own. I trust them and have used them for years.

We had such a great experience with our cat LILO She is a little stray that made her way into our family but we have loved having her around and so thankful that you guys took amazing care of her.

My dog had an injury and they fit me in without an appointment. Very nice. I also love the waiting room. It is decorated with leather couches that instantly relaxes you and makes you feel comfortable in a nervous situation instead of hard stiff “doctor office” chairs. Staff was all very caring and attentive.
