I have just recently just started going to Sequoyah Animal Hospital and I have been really pleased with the care my pets have received. Dr. Hughes and the vet techs were all so nice and caring for my pets.

It was the very first time I coordinate a drop off. It went well until your closed from 12-2 and I got word the dog was ready at 11:40. I couldn t get there by 12 and had to arrange my husband to pick up. No one was available after 2. Kinda was inconientt.Otherwise she tolerated okay.

For a first time visit, I would have thought a ittle more comprehensive checkup would have been done, i.e. the ears were not checked. Explaining the dog s Luxating Patella, I would also not expected the vaccines to be injected into the same leg. Lastly when called for a follow up appt and I indicated the dog was most uncomfortable (from the vaccines in the already stressed leg) I would have thought an additional follow up call would have been in order.

Dr. DeStasio is one of, if not the, best bet that I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Shrek be my vet for as long as she s working local here in Chattanooga

It was a great experience! There was no wait and the doctor took their time with my old pup.

We received a warm welcome at 7:00 am Monday. The Staff understood the emergency drop off due to a family death and the urgency of my need to get to Nashville. The Staff member explained that my dog required her annual exam and TWO vaccinations before being allowed to board. I accepted. I watched her enter information into the computer. She left the front desk and another Staff member arrived. This Staff member - Vet Tech? - asked all the same questions. I replied that the information had already been provided and entered into the computer. She took a print out and my dog into the examination room and asked me to follow. I explained that the other Staff member said I did not have to be present for the exam. I explained again that I had to leave and all the information she needed had already been provided. She did not appear to be listening to what I had been telling her.

Everyone at the clinic has been extremely nice and helpful the times we have been there. They were so welcoming and pricing was so much better that we actually asked to transfer our other cats to their clinic even though it s a longer drive.

I was pleased with this check-up for my dog & happy to meet Dr. Hughes I had not seen before.

Got too expensive for people on Dovisl Security. Looking at going somewhere else
