The tech that I saw, was u unprofessional . She referred to my female dog as a”he” and didn’t show compassion for my situation. Told me she would asses my fees and said I refused a drop off. She needs more training in customer care. The Dr was AMAZING. Feedback is needed to grow please take this as such.

Super friendly staff. My dog Vader had a minor issue and they worked me in the same day within 2 hours. Dr Baker is super nice and you can tell she really loves her job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a vet for their pets!

Staff was not well versed on Wellness Plan offerings. I probably would have purchased one if they were.

Great visit

Thank you for your professionalism. Our 12 yr old dog developed a harsh cough and was provided service and medication. Within two days, he was back to normal.

Missed one curved toenail on the rear paw, still curved under her paw, noticed it after we got home. Her gate is tender-footed.

It would be helpful for our very stressed Annie to be seen by the same person when we bring her for her nail appointment. The tech did a great job but it would help to handle Annie’s stress to have someone that knows her.

We love your place. Always great with our babies.

I came in with an emergency and they were super fast to get her in. They kept her overnight and took great care of her. We will definitely use Scenic City Vets again.

All were 5 ratings. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful during a strsseful time. They explained everything thoroughly to me. They called the next day to check on my dog. I’ve used Sequoyah since moving to Hixson and won’t leave because I love the doctors, staff, and service!
