It was the very first time I coordinate a drop off. It went well until your closed from 12-2 and I got word the dog was ready at 11:40. I couldn t get there by 12 and had to arrange my husband to pick up. No one was available after 2. Kinda was inconientt.Otherwise she tolerated okay.

For a first time visit, I would have thought a ittle more comprehensive checkup would have been done, i.e. the ears were not checked. Explaining the dog s Luxating Patella, I would also not expected the vaccines to be injected into the same leg. Lastly when called for a follow up appt and I indicated the dog was most uncomfortable (from the vaccines in the already stressed leg) I would have thought an additional follow up call would have been in order.

Dr. DeStasio is one of, if not the, best bet that I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Shrek be my vet for as long as she s working local here in Chattanooga

It was a great experience! There was no wait and the doctor took their time with my old pup.

We received a warm welcome at 7:00 am Monday. The Staff understood the emergency drop off due to a family death and the urgency of my need to get to Nashville. The Staff member explained that my dog required her annual exam and TWO vaccinations before being allowed to board. I accepted. I watched her enter information into the computer. She left the front desk and another Staff member arrived. This Staff member - Vet Tech? - asked all the same questions. I replied that the information had already been provided and entered into the computer. She took a print out and my dog into the examination room and asked me to follow. I explained that the other Staff member said I did not have to be present for the exam. I explained again that I had to leave and all the information she needed had already been provided. She did not appear to be listening to what I had been telling her.

Everyone at the clinic has been extremely nice and helpful the times we have been there. They were so welcoming and pricing was so much better that we actually asked to transfer our other cats to their clinic even though it s a longer drive.

I was pleased with this check-up for my dog & happy to meet Dr. Hughes I had not seen before.

We waited over 40 min from our scheduled appt time to be called back to an exam room. We were pleased w the initial cost of our first visit but we are still waiting on an email containing the quote for the cyst removal procedure for our cat Wendy. Thank you.

We absolutely love this veterinary facility and team. Our dog is always treated with tenderness and love.

Examination rooms need to provide seating that allows two adults and a pet to sit together as some pets are scared coming to the vet and need that additional support.

The only people we trust with our fur babies. Sometimes the wait time can be a bit long, especially when dealing with a pup that has severe anxiety. However, this past visit the wait time in the room was minimal. Thank you all for taking care of Clyde and Hattie so they can live their best life. Juli Thomas

Broom the rooms before the next client. As a physician I can afford the costs but I think most people would find a sick visit costing over 200 dollars very high. Tell the pet parents what you’re finding on exam. This improves trust and satisfaction with the services. Don’t push all the extras. We will ask for things if we want them. Don’t come in the room with a bag of preventative when you don’t know if the client even uses that. PLEASE PLEASE have staff introduce themselves with their title when they come into the room or bring a patient back. I never know who the vet/vet tech/front person is and have to ask each individual who the doctor is.

I asked for an estimate for the possibility of a future csection. I was called later that evening with the estimate and it was explained well. I really appreciate the information and promptness.

While this visit was just for an adequan injection, I just want to say how amazing the staff has been since we found out one of our dogs had cancer in June. We ve been lucky over the years to really only need to bring our 5 dogs in for annual checkups. This year has been different and I have really gotten to know the staff and see how much they care. For a bit, I was in there 2x a week and it was always so pleasant. We get a lot of pharmacy fills as well and those are always seamless. Thank you for all the love and care your team provides to the Floyd brood- it s appreciated!!!
