It took over a week to get my dog’s yearly update scheduled because you were so busy. That’s why I marked down one star. At the same time I made the appointment I also scheduled a kennel visit which I ended up canceling a couple days later. It turns out the vet visit got canceled not the boarding. The office worked with me so I got to see vet. I know I said kennel visit not vet visit. Would suggest you coach administrative personnel be more careful on what they’re canceling.

When I got home, I was not given 2 items I was billed. I had to return the next day to get $40 dollars corrected. I loved Dr. Shaw who gave me a full explanation. The tech Lauren was sweet.

I didn’t like the fact, that the technician didn’t even ask about a fecal sample and told the doctor I was gonna bring a fecal sample, when I wasn’t even asked. I don’t think the doctor spent enough time with Lego. She didn’t even check his ears and she didn’t even ask about what kind of food I fed or how much or nothing. I did not like the fact that peanut butter was given when given during the vaccine I just don’t think that is the proper way of doing things even though I did agree with it, I was just a little thrown off by that process. Also Lego has had knot on his thigh since the vaccine was given and with my knowledge of giving vaccines I don’t think it was properly given. Even though I have all these negative comments the staff was very friendly and the technician offering me a puppy book was very nice. I just think the doctor could maybe be more professional and actually examine the patient a little bit more thoroughly.

I did not receive a call to let me know my dog could be picked up. She ended up getting boarded and I was charged for boarding due to lack of communication from your staff. That s poor customer service and I ll be looking for another vet
