So busy, was like an emergency room when I walked in. The doctor didn’t assess in the room, only spent about 2 minutes in the room with me. I felt very rushed to ask questions and talk about details. I know they were busy, but still.

Emily is an incredible tech and made me and my dog feel important and well cared for. She’s doing such a good job. She was timely but also thorough. 12/10

We love the vets and techs at Sequoyah. Everyone is so helpful and patient with our babies, especially our dog who is very nervous and reactive. We appreciate the level of service and care we receive at Sequoyah and I always recommend the practice to others.

The tech who helped us was VERY knowledgeable and made my high strung dog as well as us more comfortable. The vet was as always so courteous and ever present for our dog. This us why I recommend this facility to others.

Only suggestion - it would be nice to see the same doctor at every visit. Thanks for always treating my pets so kindly!!

Staff was friendly and attentive

I couldn’t be happier with how the appointment went. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! There was no wait at all and I was immediately brought back. I was very pleased with the visit and my cat seemed to be, as well! (Minus the car ride anyway)

I am still waiting on a call back regarding the exam fee of $55 that was charged.

I know your practice is very busy, but I think there should be a triage system. I called on a Thursday for my dog who was exhibiting signs of an ear infection. I could not get an appointment until Monday, and then it was a drop off. She was in pain for four days before she could be seen. Sincerely Sonja Brown

the staff was friendly but not very helpful. I always seem to have issued getting my presciption sent to the chewey pharmacy. It always seems to take 3 or 4 phone calls
