I dont appreciate being forced into getting a vaccine for my pet which i feel he did not i feel like my personal choices were being taken away these r my pets and if i chose not to vacainate thats my choice not a vets office.and the next time im put in the position it will be my choice not the vets very upset and im still upset about this matter even to the point to where i may change vet offices for my pets

When I picked Daisy up I would prefer to see Dr Shaw. The tech was very nice but Dr Shaw would have been able to answer my questions in more detail. It is important to me that I speak directly With the Dr concerning Daisy. Thankyou and the Staff-for caring for Daisy she is doing well.

Lindsey was OMG amazing. Our pup had some crazy itchy skin! And Lindsey loved on her, answered all of our questions and made us feel so much better about how to help our fur baby feel better. The doctor was amazing too, but Lindsey she stole the show. Thank you Lindsey for loving Ella the way we do! She’s feeling so so much better.

I appreciate the time the vet tech took to explain everything to me. I am so sorry I do not remember her name. It was a first time puppy visit. I wish I could see her every visit. She was so very kind and patient with all of our questions and concerns. This is my children s first dog and my first inside dog.

Everyone from the person on the phone to the people handling his care were friendly & helpful. It was an emergency situation (our dog ingested 2 lbs chocolate & several sticks of butter) & everyone involved took it seriously, handled it quickly, calmly & with kindness & compassion. They urged us to bring him in as quickly as possible & took him straight back with no appointment. We greatly appreciate everyone s efforts & genuine care for our pet & our family.

I am happy with this vet clinic. Have been going there for years.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Great environment, however, the Vet was the only person to introduce herself to me. None of the techs did. This is an observation I ve brought to your attention before. Names are important to feel comfortable in conversation. I know that Gen-x and newer feel too casual in business, but for many of us, this is a staple to a great customer relationship. Just saying....

I came in for a heartworm test on Wednesday and haven t received the results. Since my order has shipped I assume he is negative.

Previous visit was disappointing due to the excessive wait time, even with an appointment. This visit was excellent.

I have recently started using the day boarding for my senior shitzu a few days a week. I am over the moon with the care and service Sequoyah Animal has provided my little buddy. I get to enjoy my time away knowing he is in good hands. I highly recommend!!! The staff is the best of the best!!

Our appointment was at 9:20 but we didn’t actually get started with the apt until after 10 and I didn’t leave the office until 11:15. It was simply a well check visit and we did a lot of just sitting and waiting.

I have been several times and it varies. I do also understand it can’t be perfect every time and I’m grateful for the service that we have received thus far.

We were there to get influenza booster. We waited in our car for tech to administer shot. After I had checked in, they forgot we were waiting. I had to go back inside to check and was told they had forgotten us.
