I didn’t like the fact, that the technician didn’t even ask about a fecal sample and told the doctor I was gonna bring a fecal sample, when I wasn’t even asked. I don’t think the doctor spent enough time with Lego. She didn’t even check his ears and she didn’t even ask about what kind of food I fed or how much or nothing. I did not like the fact that peanut butter was given when given during the vaccine I just don’t think that is the proper way of doing things even though I did agree with it, I was just a little thrown off by that process. Also Lego has had knot on his thigh since the vaccine was given and with my knowledge of giving vaccines I don’t think it was properly given. Even though I have all these negative comments the staff was very friendly and the technician offering me a puppy book was very nice. I just think the doctor could maybe be more professional and actually examine the patient a little bit more thoroughly.

I only picked up a Rx, it was supposed to be capsules, but for some reason it’s chewables. ??

I came as an out of towner and they were able to get me in right away and were very helpful.

I did not receive a call to let me know my dog could be picked up. She ended up getting boarded and I was charged for boarding due to lack of communication from your staff. That s poor customer service and I ll be looking for another vet

The wait time in the lobby was relatively short, however, the wait in the room was rather lengthy and then we were told that the lab work would only take 15 minutes and that wasn t the case. Someone should have told us that they were having difficulty drawing the blood and not kept us wondering what was happening. I understand that the doctors are very busy, however, just having the vet tech coming in and out of the room to get the info to pass on to the Dr seemed wrong. Barely saw the Dr even 3 minutes. Then at the end of the appt, we re told it would be a couple of minutes to get the medicine and it turned into 15. The wooden chair is extremely uncomfortable and my mom was on it for more than an hour and almost a half. Need to speed up how the appointments are conducted.

I never have to worry about my beloved pet being well taken care of before,during and after surgery. My dog loves the Doctors and staff. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

Everything was just fine thank you

One of the techs said “well she is 14” and it felt like she was saying I should expect to see issues. It felt a bit insensitive and she ended up having a ÚTI not anything majorly related to her age. The girl was young, but my pet is part of my family and I hope she learns to be a bit more sensitive. Otherwise everything was great and this doesn’t mean the whole experience was rough. Also, we got a call with a notification that medication was ready for pickup, but never a call to let us know her results. With almost $200 for blood tests, I would have appreciated a bit more there. The person who called about the meds said they thought someone had emailed results which we also didn’t get. It was a bit of a let down given the cost and importance of the results to us.
