1st time at your facility staff was very helpful and took care of my dog Ruger with personal touch after visit decided to move all of his needs and care to your facility since my vet was not open.Thanks Bryan Gray

Lindsey was OMG amazing. Our pup had some crazy itchy skin! And Lindsey loved on her, answered all of our questions and made us feel so much better about how to help our fur baby feel better. The doctor was amazing too, but Lindsey she stole the show. Thank you Lindsey for loving Ella the way we do! She’s feeling so so much better.

I appreciate the time the vet tech took to explain everything to me. I am so sorry I do not remember her name. It was a first time puppy visit. I wish I could see her every visit. She was so very kind and patient with all of our questions and concerns. This is my children s first dog and my first inside dog.

Everyone from the person on the phone to the people handling his care were friendly & helpful. It was an emergency situation (our dog ingested 2 lbs chocolate & several sticks of butter) & everyone involved took it seriously, handled it quickly, calmly & with kindness & compassion. They urged us to bring him in as quickly as possible & took him straight back with no appointment. We greatly appreciate everyone s efforts & genuine care for our pet & our family.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Great environment, however, the Vet was the only person to introduce herself to me. None of the techs did. This is an observation I ve brought to your attention before. Names are important to feel comfortable in conversation. I know that Gen-x and newer feel too casual in business, but for many of us, this is a staple to a great customer relationship. Just saying....

I came in for a heartworm test on Wednesday and haven t received the results. Since my order has shipped I assume he is negative.

Previous visit was disappointing due to the excessive wait time, even with an appointment. This visit was excellent.

I have recently started using the day boarding for my senior shitzu a few days a week. I am over the moon with the care and service Sequoyah Animal has provided my little buddy. I get to enjoy my time away knowing he is in good hands. I highly recommend!!! The staff is the best of the best!!

Our appointment was at 9:20 but we didn’t actually get started with the apt until after 10 and I didn’t leave the office until 11:15. It was simply a well check visit and we did a lot of just sitting and waiting.

I have been several times and it varies. I do also understand it can’t be perfect every time and I’m grateful for the service that we have received thus far.

We were there to get influenza booster. We waited in our car for tech to administer shot. After I had checked in, they forgot we were waiting. I had to go back inside to check and was told they had forgotten us.

The staff and Dr Shaw was and is amazing.very friendly and very informative. I HAVE FOUND A NEW HONE HERE TO TAKE CARE OF MY 4 LEGGED FRIENDS..

Explaining what procedures were done and what reactions would be possible/likely to occur would be helpful. The printout I received was pretty technical to understand. A separate problem that was NOT your facility s fault was that I arrived with my two dogs who were very hard to control (certainly not the fault of your staff. I failed to anticipate this problem). I would recommend offering to place one dog at a time in one of your crates to reduce the likelihood of such a mess interfering with the appointment. I was so stressed by the chaos they caused that I think I failed to apologize for it. I will be sure not to bring both dogs at one time in future.
