This is a very clean and organized hospital! I love sequoyah and will continue taking my pets there.

It was awfully chaotic in the reception area when we got there. The staff outnumbered the customers by 2 to 1 yet it felt like Nobody had a clue what was going on. And I don t understand why I was made to complete a New Client form, listing all of my pets and information AFTER I had already completed the very same form ONLINE several days prior to our appointment. Still we are very happy with our first visit and will be returning with the rest of our creatures. Thanks John Osborne

First time there...will be back!!!

I waited and was patient for a long time while the techs conversed back and forth with the doctor who was behind the door. The techs were sweet and apologized for all the confusion but I grew frustrated as I overheard their conversations with the doctor and then got to hear it again from the techs. I would of appreciated the doctor coming in and explaining things. I filled out my paperwork but it didn t seem as though the techs or the doctor took the time to read over it as I had to leave my dog for several more hours because they didn t realize she was on a thyroid pill for the blood draw. The doctor probably visited no more than 5 minutes. I had been anxious for this blood draw to be done and to get the numbers to compare last month s. I was unaware that they wouldn t have results that day and said I would have to wait about a week. After not hearing anything for about a week and a half I call over and get told that she was on vacation which was then corrected to a family emergency and that she wouldn t be able to give me the results for another 4 days or another doctor could look over them but that would take time for them to look at the chart and it just went on and on. I finally get in touch with her with a short conversation with everything sounding like they are great but no resolutions of steps forward...just more blood draws. My overall conclusion is there is a huge lack of organization which is then felt heavily on the client who is pouring their heart and money over to you to help and direct their ill pets. I don t expect a lot but I do expect answers and resolutions that I don t feel like I need to be responsible to dig from this office from dozens of phone calls.

I understand that wait time is difficult. I have a difficult pet. The longer the wait the more it stresses us. Thanks for your concern with this aspect!

I can t thank the staff enough for getting us in so quickly on a Saturday. We had a very sick doggie that needed medical attention. Two days later and she is almost back to her normal self. Thank you again!

Very impressive for my first visit with Tobi at the Clinic. The staff was very knowledgeable about my dog and caring for her. Her surgery went so well that we decided to have her boarded while my husband and I went on vacation.

For pets that are loud or easily excited, there should be a better way to check out. That way it doesn t unnecessarily upset other pets.
