Just after a few days of cat my getting the medicine she needed, she’s stopped the weird behaviors. I’m thankful that as soon as I got y’all her urine sample, y’all were very fast in getting her in and checked over. Thank you very much!

The vet and tech were very caring and up front with options and as of this morning Dinky is on the way to heal his abscess . Appreciate this staff.

I am very unhappy that the call I made to the office the previous Thursday morning requesting pain med for my Mia was totally disregarded. I expect better.

The boarding area smells. My pup had a hurt foot so she couldn’t be bathed. She smelled like that place which also mad me sick smelling it. I know animals smell but the area does not have to smell that way.

Everyone there is super sweet.

Dr. Shaw was excellent in explaining my dog’s issue and solutions for it. Additionally She took her time in discussing my pet’s overall health and well being. It was much appreciated.

Everyone was quite helpful. It was our first time there and the staff was great. Appreciated being able to wait in the car until a room was ready. It lessened the stress for me and Bailey. Dr. D explained everything and her techs were great with Bailey in spite of his rambunctiousness!

Yes, I think it is extremely important that your patients are able to get in touch of either a doctor or a nurse post surgery/after hours. My dog recently had surgery and Was very uncomfortable when we arrived home. I could not get her to settle down but was told not to give her another pain pill till morning. I tried to call Your office but only got a recording telling me to either wait till morning or to seek attention at an emergency veterinary hospital. I really think there should be a doctor on call to answer simple questions and reassure clients who have just spent a lot of money and trusted their animal to your care. Other than the above, I was very pleased with your service but feel this is an area that Needs to be brought to your attention.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was seeking a second opinion about sinus cancer. I received a clear explanation of my dog s problems and best treatment regimen. I heartily recommend Sequoyah Animal Hospital.

We had an 8 am appointment & waited over 30 minutes for the vet to come in. My dog has horrible anxiety so it was a rough 30 minutes. It would have been nice if someone had come in & let us know that the vet was running behind or something since we were pretty much the first appointment of the day.

Hesitant to pay more for the Golden package lab testing, I went ahead and had that completed on my cat to find out what has been wrong with him. Office staff said that I would hear hopefully Friday but at the latest on Saturday. It is now after 2 pm on Monday, and I still haven t heard anything. I feel a tad ripped off on getting the big Golden package of labs when I should have just paid for the smaller package and had them do it in office to find out what was wrong with my cat. Also, it was apparently busy when I went because they scooted my cat off in the back to get the labs done without my seeing it performed. I never saw the vet doctor until my appointment was over and I was in the lobby. Doctor & staff were friendly and informative; however, I feel a tad regretful of paying more for not getting the full treatment and still now waiting on results from lab testing.

Excellent staff and clinic. They were amazing and as a new resident of TN I am happy we gave them a try. Now we won t have to look for a veterinary clinic.

Always a first rate experience.

I was very satisfied with my pets visits. The entire staff was responsive, kind, compassionate, and helpful. My only problem was that I came in there twice in one day and was sent home with zero meds to treat Sky. The second time I showed up, I never got to talk to a doctor and they didn’t perform a second X-ray to see if obstruction had moved. Also I wasn’t prepared for him to go home and have explosive bloody diarrhea after the sub q injections. But I want to thank the entire staff for working Skylar in during a very busy time. It is greatly appreciated and I would come there again.
