We were very pleased with everyone we were in contact with. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Also this was the first time seeing Dr Hay’s and was extremely pleased. Hope I spelled her name correctly.

All aspects of this visit were extremely satisfactory.

Since we can’t be in exam with pets, it would be helpful to send ligature home of what pet us being treated for. I had to call back and ask name of condition again since it was over my head and I think it would ease fears and limit call backs to your office . But ty for the care and for the attention to detail in all other regards. I will continue to drive from East brainerd back to my vet from where I am from. Thanks!

Dr. Shaw was very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. We are very happy with her and our visit.

After the procedure I spoke with dental tech and told her my mother would pick up dog. She went over everything with me and I paid over phone. Told me that mother just needed to pick her up. When mother went to pick up, she was made to wait over 30 minutes. Told she had to see vet first. When they finally got a room for her to speak to vet, all they did was hand her a piece of paper and said dog was good to go. She should never have been made to wait. You all need to work on communication between your staff.

We are always impressed with the staff and this visit was no exception. Waiting time was a little excessive but things are different for everyone with Covid. Follow up also very impressive.

When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that I had no appointment that you didn’t even have me on your appointment book for Tuesday morning I clearly remember calling and having a discussion about having my dogs teeth cleaned setting the appointment up your staff emailed me the forms to fill out I submitted those back so that Tuesday morning would go smoothly for my dog and me Everyone at the desk which BTW was about six people were telling me i have no appointment today and we can’t fit him in none of the staff wanted to look me in the eye I said I was not leaving until we resolve what had happened finally someone was nice enough to go ahead and take my dog in and clean his teeth thank you very much for that I-have been coming to this vets office for many years with probably five different pets that I’ve owned I can’t say that I’ve ever had a complaint before other than from time to time I have had a vet tech in the exam room that wasn’t very friendly but nothing to complain about Thank u for admitting a staff mistake was made instead of blaming it on the client That means a lot

I can t comment regarding the cleanliness of the facility as I was not allowed into the building. This was my very first visit and I had to allow my dog to go to rank strangers without me! While I m sure it caused her anxiety as well as myself. Most businesses are allowing people in with masks, not sure why Vets are not? And how do we know all procedures were really done when a trusting relationship has not yet been built?

We re new to Soddy-Daisy so when our Boxer girl had a little issue I was nervous about taking her to a strange Vet. Sequoyah clinic got her in the next morning and they were awesome! I am very happy with choosing them!!

I did 2 stars on cost because the price of any service wasn’t explained or discussed during our visit. Not a huge deal to me, but to others it may be.

They were absolutely great.and took such good care of my little man.they were genital and caring .
