We were using Sequoyah for boarding and had a wonderful and worry free experience. Our dog is temperamental and we are happy that everything went smoothly with his stay and the staff were so kind.

The only problem I had was the day of the surgery I did not get a phone call about how it went and how he was doing. I finally called before closing to find out what was going on with him. This hadn’t happened before

Though we are still not allowed inside, we feel the love for our pet from the staff. I would suggest that staff wear masks at all times.

Only complaint that I had this time is they forgot to give us the wormer when we picked up. Other than that, our pup was very well taken care of.

I love bringing my pups to Seqoyah, but the wait times in the car have gotten out of control. We waited for an hour after arrival in the cold. We live 5 minutes away, would have been so much easier to wait at home and receive a call when they re almost ready for us. With COVID, many of us are struggling financially, but still want to take care of our pets. Could you offer cheaper generic alternatives as options? I do not like not being able to see the providers. I have a lot of questions and concerns, and it s hard to address them outside on the phone when my pet is inside. I love Seqoyah, and the staff. Everyone does the best they can with the resources they have, but there s room for improvement. Cheaper generic alternatives and shorter wait times would be fantastic.

I arrived 10 minutes early for appointment and set in car for over a hour so my total stay was for 2 hours. I understand emergencies but sitting in a car that long was a bit ridiculous. Staff is very nice and I will continue to bring Gracie there

I wasn’t able to go inside the facility so the last question I’m not sure about. The wait time was over an hour just to be seen and another hour for the wellness exam and blood work.

I would have liked to have received more details regarding my cat s procedure and aftercare from the doctor .

Get staff,wouldn t go anywhere else. Thank you ??

We have been coming to you all since we moved to Soddy in May. We have been very pleased. The staff has been extremely nice and works quickly to get our pets seen. It has also been great to see the precautions you are following with COVID. Thank you all!

Tech was very helpful. (I left 5 stars on office facilities question, however, it wasn t actually open, due to covid nonsense)

The staff was more than wonderful! But Bc we was denied the care credit we was forced on our end to put our baby to sleep. We have had her for over 7 years. This is like my other child. I was told they may work with me on payments then they wasn’t able to unless it was the care credit. I know the Dr. has to make they money too but the pet is our family ! This was the only upsetting part about our visit. But the staff the ladies who called was wonderful!

Really miss being able to talk with vet when we bring our dog. Looking forward to end of Covid!
