The lobby was closed due to Covid 19 procedures, so I didn t see it nor the office area and thus can t on cleanliness. Normally it s a very clean facility.

Everyone was so friendly, I really appreciated the follow up call on my puppy to see how she was doing after vaccinations.

I was very happy with our visit. Everything was explained in detail and we appreciate the probiotics that was sent along with her antibiotics. Dolly loves the flavor of them. Her diarrhea is gone and she is back to eating small meals without getting sick. Dolly seemed to have a great visit because she wants to go for another ride to see the doctor. Ha, ha. Information about the anesthesia and recovery time after the recovery injection was not explained enough to me. When I brought my dog home he stopped breathing 7 times.I had to beat his chest to get him to started breathing again. Needless to say that stressed me out and I m sure it s stressed him out as well . I do believe that staff and or Doctor should have told me that that could be one of the complications. I did not realize that it was going to take a full day for him to recover. That makes me uneasy with bringing him back for any other procedures.

Make follow up calls 2 days after appt instead of 1 nit usually enough time to say if anything has changed

Not sure if this is due to the change in process w/the virus. But could we get or could you add to the receipt or some document the vitals, i.e. weight, etc?

I was called about my dog and said they would come get her, but she was already in the building. I wanted to discuss my concerns with the vet, but think i always talked to the tech over the phone. Also had to ask about what medicine to continue when thr dog was brought to the car.

Was a little concerned that not all staff were wearing masks nor social distancing when they came to cars to get pets.

I prefer to see a bill prior to paying but circumstances with the quarantine prohibit so it s understandable.

Please change the Bordetella due date to 1 yr like you tell us it is good for. It appears good for only 6 mo on health cards & the emails. Thank you!

Good job setting up to control the spread of COVID 19. Some workers did NOT wear masks. That made me uncomfortable and anxious.

Poor communication within the office staff

Was not allowed in lobby, and everytime I have taken my dog its always 100-200 then it s more than 200 why dies it have to be expensive everytime

They were absolutely fantastic!

I know it is difficult with the current COVID situation, but I didn t feel like I really got adequate attention from the vet on my second day s visit, actually not talking with a vet at all the second day I was there. I did greatly appreciate being seen with my 2 dogs in an emergent situation without them having been seen before though. It would have been nice to have a moment of face time with the vet though and not just the techs.

Should allow at least one owner to go in with their pet. But the person should wear a mask to go in.
