Dr. Kenyon was so welcoming and helpful with Daisy. I felt extremely confident in her diagnosis and treatment for Daisy. We are looking forward to her next acupuncture appointment. My dog was exposed to my friends dog who apparently had pink eye and I was able to get an appointment that same day which was super convenient bc it was a Friday and otherwise I would have had to wait until Monday. I called the receptionist and they were very friendly over the phone. Dr. Kenyon brought Hooch out and said he was a “model patient” which I am not surprised because he seriously LOVES going to the vet - like he gets SO excited when we turn down the road. Hooch also ends up at the vet on or around his birthday every year so go figure (the other year he broke a toenail and had to get bandaged up). Like always 360 went above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of and even noticed he was overdue for blood work and was able to get that drawn. I truly appreciate everything 360 has done for me and my dogs over the years and will always advocate for the clinic any possible chance I have. Thank you for your dedication to every animals well being.

Wonderful Place was very helpful

I needed to talk to Dr. Stafford about my dog Lucy, who was having recurrent vomiting and diarrhea. Dr. Stafford was extremely busy, and unable to return my calls. After my fourth attempt to get advice--it was Friday afternoon, and i was worried I d have to go to the vet emergency clinic--I finally was able to talk to a vet tech, and she arranged a late afternoon appointment with Dr. Stafford. Everything was first-rate from that point onward. I understand the pressures on a busy doc; it just would have been nice to be able to talk to someone who could help, sooner than it occurred.

Our kitty Max had to have exploratory surgery after eating what turned out to be a Q-tip that lodged in his stomach and colon. 360 took him immediately. His surgery was done by Dr. Odenbeck, who is not his usual vet, and she was fabulous. Not only did she and the staff take great care of Max, but she took so much time with us over the phone, keeping us posted of his status and how to care for him when we took him home. We are go grateful for all of the staff at 360, from the receptionists to vets to the technicians and the vets. We have complete confidence in the team.

If you’re passed the date you’re expected to receive lab results by, call you patient daily with updates so they don’t need to keep checking. Double check the invoices that are sent back with the patient are accurate. Double check all sutchers have been removed.

The star rating things weren t working on my computer (likely user error, truth be told). You all are terrific. It is easy to get in, wait times have been minimal, I always feel valued and get ample discussion to understand what s happening with my furry little family member, all staff are helpful and friendly, and billing is clear. Your pandemic protocol is truly epic in a good way -- love it.

When my kids were little I wanted the best pediatricians... now my kids are grown and my pets are my kids and 360PM has the best pediatricians!

Everyone is always in a massive hurry at this practice and never has time to communicate, return calls or follow-up. I feel things get overlooked, including treatments. I don’t want to feel that I have to beg for help from a vet. Today was the first time someone called with lab results (albeit 2 weeks late), and took time to explain things and was finally friendly.

I continue to be impressed (even after many years) by the friendliness, professionalism and compassion of the staff at 360 Pet Medical. Thank you so much for your consistently outstanding practice!

Since we pet owners are not allowed into the clinic, it s more important than ever that the tech share with us vital info--literally, my cat s vitals. I had to call after the appt to find out how much he weighed. All the tech told me was that Maximus was easy to work with (she was able to give him his shot by herself with no assistance holding him still), and that s great! But it s so difficult to not be with him at the visit that I d appreciate being told too much info rather than so little. I also want to give a specific shout out re Autumn. She s a rock star! She was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, and able to get answers to my questions if she didn t know the answer herself. She chatted easily with me and made me feel like ya ll actually do value me as a customer. I haven t always gotten that message from your people. Thank you Autumn!!

Everything went well and smoothly for my little Lily Lu who is recovering nicely. Dr. Ruth always keeps me well aware of what’s going on and the decisions to be made even in the midst of surgery. I really value that.
