Dr. Stafford is the best! I’m always thankful that my cats benefit from her exceptional care. The staff is great and I really appreciate the precautions the clinic takes to keep everyone safe.

It might be time to revisit your COVID safety procedures. I support taking precautions like wearing masks, etc. but it s easier to get care at the pediatricians office. Just a reference point I couldn t help but note.

Great job. Would still prefer to be able to come in and have direct discussion with doctor at the time of the examination.

We went to 360 medical for an emergency situation as brand new patients. They were amazing, so kind and informative. They answered all of our questions with such a thoughtful response. Our fur baby is everything to us and we considered ourselves crazy with how worried we were. They however totally reassured us we weren’t and knew how much we loved our pup. I am so grateful for everyone on the 360 team.

Hoping that you will soon open back up your in office visits. If we didn’t like/respect Dr Stafford so much, we would have changed practices by now. I understand Being careful due to Covid but your precautions are more stringent than most human doctors offices. Hope to see all of you soon.

Really hard to do survey. We got immediate attention when I called that we had arrived. Provider was wonderful. Did not meet any of the staff because of sitting in car. Provider came out and talked with me.

Front desk staff was motivated and competent in their positions. Hey tech knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr McDonald spoke with me personally about test and exam results and answered all of my questions. Would HIGHLY recommend 360 Pet Medical.

I really enjoyed my experience and I think Meeka did too. I appreciate how compassionate the staff were towards her. She went to another vet previously and did not receive much TLC from the vet tech. This was soooo much better.

Dr. Anderson is not my usual vet, (Dr. Kenyon is), but I needed the appointment for a day /week that Dr. Kenyon was not available. Dr. Anderson actually accompanied my dog and the tech out to my car to confirm a spot on my dog s tummy that I had asked her to look at. It resulted in no concern. I was very appreciative of the extra effort by the DVM. And Morgan, as always, was delightful. Your team is the best. (and the ratings are all 5 s. I wasn t certain about the way the survey worked when I clicked on the stars.
