I feel the checkout process could have been done a little bit better. I was not offered an explanation of the charges, and I had to call back and request an email copy of the bill for the visit. I did receive that and everything is great, but I feel like that was one thing that was forgotten in the transition to curbside checkout.

Ruth Stafford is an outstanding vet. She is treating our kitty Max for a seizure disorder and she is very vigilant about recommending and making medication changes when needed. Max s seizures have been effectively treated and he has not had a seizure in the several years since he has been on this medication. This was our first experience with the curbside service and we loved it! Very quick and efficient. We needed to get Max seen before we left on vacation and we were able to do so. Thank you!! Didn t get to see office facilities due to covid (waited in parking lot) but staff took care of my dog quickly so didn t wait long.

I hated to wait a week to see Dr. Stafford when my dog s scratching was so severe, but sometimes you just have to see the vet and relay your concerns personally. I am very happy with the quick results the shot has produced, and Margo is so much more comfortable (so therefore, I am also). Procedures seemed well in place and communicated ahead of time.
