I feel the staff should know more about the products in the office and to provide better answers if unknown to them, this includes food and medications. For instance, I asked if my cat would like a type of flavor for medication.. he said he doesn t know bc he doesn t have a cat. That was the end of that. Instead maybe provide information based on past experiances from others. All in all, I would like them to attempt to seek an answer with the team before finalizing the answer to I do not know . Don t worry, we will still be loyal customers. You have a wonderful office with exceptional prices. Staff are very friendly. Just thought i would share.

Surfpaws is a great place to take your pets. Doctor M has been taking care of my pets for years and has done an excellent job. She takes excellent care of my two dogs. Her staff are simply delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. Surfpaws has always been there for me and my two precious dogs. No matter how busy it gets there, you still are helped in a very timely manner. I love a Surfpaws!

Dr. M has taken care of my dog for 10 + years. We followed her from her prior location. She’s the best!

We spent less than 1/2 hour. We received 3 rabies vaccinations and Vet put stehascope on three pets for less then 3 seconds for each one. Bill was 450.00. So wrong for what was done

I will use this business again because the staffers are not only knowledgeable and friendly but because they took our case on very short notice. On a visit to Oahu from Kauai during the Thanksgiving weekend, my girlfriend and I were made aware my hanai daughter’s dog, a cocker spaniel, had blood in her urine. The staff quickly analyzed the problem and began recuperataive measures. We now have peace of mine. We are so glad we walked through the doors of Surf Paws Animal Hospital. Lester Chang
