Great service

Very nice and clean. Just waited in the room for over an hour. Another appointment with a later appointment time then mine was seen before me.

The tech who took my dog to get her tested was the best ever, not sure what her name was but she had her hair in a ponytail and partially shaved. She helped keep my pup calm and was so sweet!

There was a wait to be seen but everyone was so kind and attentive! Well worth the wait to have the vet spend ample time with us!

We didn’t see the vet on this visit. We were in and out with annual vaccinations and tests completed within 45 minutes by a very qualified and informed vet technician.

Have had a wonderful experience with every single staff member. Have finally found a amazing vet to continue seeing. You all have been great with Dax!

I waited for 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time, only to be overcharged for a test that wasn t needed and an allergy shot that didn t work. I will not be back.

I was impressed of professional service received on my visit. My pet also felt at ease. I highly recommend your hospital for all my friends who have fur babies.

I was very disappointed in the grooming services for Jaxxie my Persian today. He came home with mats in his fur and the work was very shoddy. Probably will not come back.

The girls at the desk we friendly and kind as I was waiting on Snickers to get finished. The appointment was set the day before. There was no wait. They really took care of my boy too..I appreciate the great service!!!

Mr. George Duran should train the rest of the team on how to make customers feel welcomed to the practice. Besides the doctor, he was reassuring and kind. It seemed unnatural for the two people at the front desk to smile.

Really enjoyed both the doctor and her assistant. I have been at Banfield for at least 10 years but they do not provide information to us in a private room but they come out and talk to us in the store , they do not answer the phone half the time and waiting time is very long unless I am dropping off. There are times I had to leave them there all day even though I brought them at 9am.

Thank you so much for getting Buddy in to be seen on such short notice. He s safe and well-cared for now, with my Coworker s Friend, just as planned. He couldn t have gotten there without you and your staff!

Amazing vet, staff, and Md

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve brought Bobo, Kelly, Buddy, Tate, and Mimi here. My pets have always been treated very well. Dr O explains everything and really takes the time to listen and answer questions. I just wanted to take the opportunity to say that I really appreciate y’all being here and taking wonderful care of my pets.

Nick Flores was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring, he answered my questions and explained all charges and options very well.
