I liked the online scheduling however waited almost an hour to be seen even with an appointment. Exam room was dirty I was worried my pet would catch something since the room was obviously not cleaned between clients.

This was my first visit and I was extremely happy with the service and the employees I interacted with. I will be returning here for most all of my pets needs.

I was happy that Dag and I were put in a room right away. However, I was only there for a flu shot which when given took a second literally! Longer time was taken by the tech listening to his heart/lungs (I guess). I waited in the room for 40 minutes before going back out to the desk and complained. I was immediately seen and said “all good to go”. I think we were put in the room and forgotten!

I would just personally like to thank the team for there support and care with my dog, very rarely do I see care to that extent as if it was a child of there own. From the bottom of my heart thank you for the care!

If you offer the puppy package in the exam room it should be adjusted at the desk. I paid more for the separate services and was told it would not be credited to a puppy or dog plan in the future.

Waited more than 30minutes to get the dog vaccinations, even we had appt. Saw 6-8 dogs in and out the clinic in just 30minutes, while not all dogs are friendly. Not preferred to have so many dogs in and out in a narrow lobby and doorway.

Staff was very hesitant to give us the Heartguard current rebate slip we knew was currently going on. Finally after asking multiple staff members, we were hesitantly given one. It comes off like staff doesn’t know current promotions or like staff is cashing in rebates for themselves. It’s not a good feeling we were left with.

I really like your services and have had nearly all good experiences. I recenty had one experience that may be an opportunity for improvement. When I went for my routine vaccinations, the vet (or assistant) forgot to administer one of the shots. I had to come back 3 weeks later to get that shot just prior to boarding my dogs. It s just a simple mistake, but if there was some way to reconcile the reminders of when vaccines are due with the procedures done while at the office it would save everybody time. I went in specifically to get all of the vaccines up to date and left with one of them not up to date which was actually due on that exact date. Overall, I ve had a really positive experience with your veterinary clinic with rare exceptions.

Dr. Hamad has gone above and beyond what is expected of a veterinarian! My dog was experiencing an urgent health issue a couple of days ago and we felt very fortunate to be in Dr. Hamad’s care. Not only was he very professional and thorough, he was also extremely kind and able to put me at ease during a time that was very difficult for me emotionally. I really appreciated his patience and the time he took to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very confident that his treatment plan was the best option for my dog. Yesterday, I’ve already started to notice that my dog is responding positively to the meds! Will be going back in a week for a follow up appointment with him. I would also like to thank and highlight the other team members of Lili Vet Hospital who made our experience comforting in my time of distress. Nick, the lead technician was also there to assist during our visit. He was very caring and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. His genuine concern made me feel like we were in this together. Miranda at the front desk was extremely kind and made checking in and out a breeze. I could go on and on about how great they all are. Bottom line, if you’re looking for veterinary hospital that is honest, knowledgeable and compassionate -Go see Dr. Hamad and staff!

The visit was great Dr Okafur is great as well as the vet techs. However the front desk employee with short red hair is very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Other than that the visit was great!
