I dont feel it s right to demand an exam even $42 when pet it just getting shots...my dog was in 2 weeks ago and didnt need another exam.

Stop with the stupid masks. Even the CDC has admitted they are useless. There are dozens of research items that prove masks are actually counterproductive. That you continue to use them places your credibility in question.

Had a 5pm appointment and wasn’t seen by the vet until 5:55. Thia was a follow up for a problem our puppy has had for over two weeks, with failed treatment. The vet spent less than 2 minutes after the long wait looking only to prescribe a different antibiotic with little explanation. I feel like the prices are outrageous every time I go and has made me seek out other vets to take our business to. Male vet tech we saw is fantastic every time we have him.

Dr Okafor and staff have taken great care of Bleu Pierre and Roman Woods.

Very friendly staff and truly cares about our pet

The wrap that was done on my dog s head was completely overpriced and only lasted A-day and a 1/2 and that is with purchasing a cone. I m not very pleased with that.

Waiting 20 mins for an appointment with no explanation is not okay. Vet tech and assistants seemed nice but the fill in vet seemed to be in a hurry. And the exam didn’t even feel thorough. When I’m paying hundreds and hundreds for my dog to be cared for, I expect to have a better experience.

We have brought our little fur baby to Lili veterinary since 2019. We have always experience wonderful customer servicing from everyone there. We love Nick the technician he is just awesome! Dr. Okafor is wonderful.

I was charge with a wellness exam they just hear hwr heart for 3 second. No Gums, ears or eres. No temperature taken

Vaccinations chart to be filled out during consultation before getting fixed. Didn t know rabies shot was required, had to spend an extra 100 or so dollars to get it done the same day when I could have gotten it done during the consultation

Happy to have switched from my previous vet!!

Instead of starting with X-rays, I wish the doctor would have started with the fecal test. It seems we could have stopped at the fecal test where bacteria was discovered. The doctor was thorough though.

I was able to get a same day appointment which was important since my dog had been sick for a week and I had been up with her all night the previous 3 nights. I was extremely worried about her but they set me at ease right away, tested and treated her and she was better immediately! We both got a good night’s sleep after the visit!! Thank you Lily vet for taking such good care of my baby!!

I love the Dr. and technicians. They are both very friendly. The office staff who sit in the front have the chance to be more friendly. For example, they don’t speak to you when you arrive and the overall vibe is unfriendly in the front.

I ve been taking my two dogs for the past four years and just took in a rescue dog. LILI vet was able to fit her in the same day for a full examination and a full set of shots. Great service, I highly recommend.
