When I called to book the appointment the lady at the front desk gave me the impression that TruePanion would cover the cost but I learned at the appointment that wasn t the case. Also there is a mask required which is fine but if you want people to wear masks inside the facility then have some masks by the entrance - when I suggested this to the receptionist she was visibly annoyed and short with me which I didn t appreciate. If customer feedback is not welcome maybe put a sign at reception that says that...

Everything has always been good great people working there my only problem is the price of visit, medication as well as blood work ect. It gets hard to afford
