Not a fan of leaving my pets between the doors. I know it s Covid and all but my pets were traumatized. This process sent us way back in time and was unnecessary. I don t understand this amount of precaution. People need to be trusted at some point.

We are new to the clinic and yet we have never really met in person the doctor. We drop off the puppy then wait in the parking lot then pay a bill . It seems very impersonal and I really don’t knowing w what’s going on behind the doors .

I have been bringing Brutus to Erin Mills Pet Hospital since he was a pup and he has always received top notch care. The staff are awesome and despite moving to Brantford, I would not bring Brutus anywhere else.

I think that at this point we should be able to accompany our dog inside the hospital. We are very willing to wear a mask.

I think it would be more helpful, if I were given a break down of procedures. I knew my pet was going to have her rabies vaccine and one other vaccine. I knew she was to have a geriatric check up. I was asked about doing her blood work, but it should have been explained what the cost is for each procedure. I had forgotten to bring in a stool sample, which I did 2days later, and was stunned that it would cost more money, so I didn’t have have the money with me. When I called to find out the cost, I immediately said to cancel the testing. I think it would be much more appropriate to have everything broken down cost wise. Being a senior doesn’t help when you are finally told the cost.

My wife and I would like to thank you for see our cat on short notice. It was very much appreciated.

First, I want to let Michelle know how much I appreciate her warm and friendly manner. She is always there to listen and to get back to me with answers from the vet. My visit on March 31 was a very positive one with Dr. Peter. She was thorough and took ample time to talk to me re my dogs. She was gentle with Obie and Kaylee and we all came home feeling good! Thanks also to Dr. Starink for her interest in Obie in Jan., he is now generally eating better. With thanks, Bev
