How the hell can you charge me $165 dollars for an ear infection? You charge me $60 to examine his ear when I already told you he had an ear infection!!!

For the last question I put as N/A as I wasn t able to go into the office. But from what I saw from the door, it looked like a clean facility.

I drive all the way from Brantford to bring Brutus to Erin Mills for his care. He s been going there since he was a puppy. He loves the staff there and they clearly loved him too.

We have been at this vet for over 16 years and have always had exceptional service

I am always so happy when I take my two doggies to the vet. They answer all of my questions and they provide excellent care! I wouldn t trust any one else with my fur babies!

The staff are the best. The vets are terrific. I feel like they treat my pets like they would their own.

Perhaps a virtual/video chat to include the pet parent in the visit. I knew my dog was in good hands but I wish I could have seen what was happening during his appointment.

I am very pleased and appreciative of Dr. Gassal. He has taken the time to discuss my cat Daisy’s situation and I never felt rushed during our multiple phone conversations. He has great bedside manners and he really seems to care for his patients.

I absolutely loved how the clinic took care of making sure everything continued to run smoothly with COVID happening. The staff did a fantastic job at making sure I still got all the information I needed via telephone and Yzma had a good visit. While I marked off the cleanliness as N/A , this was simply because I did not enter the facility. Yzma seemed to enjoy her time inside, though! I m sure she d rate it 5 stars.

They are always friendly. My cat had a constipation a few months ago and ended up going to pet ER late night and Erin mills pet hospital emailed to check everything is okay. I put Erin mills hospital as my cat s vet so I think ER sent note for visit to them so they could follow up. This time, I went here to get paper works done to travel to other country, and it was a virtual appointment with doctor. Once I arrived, they took my cat inside and doctor called me so we talked over the phone while he was checking my cat. We are going to visit a few times more for f/u and I am excited to visit again :)

Given the precautions needed to be taken in this time of COVID

I cannot rate the cleanliness of the office facilities at this time because I did not go inside due to the Covid Pandemic precautions. Based on previous visits, however, office facilities were always very neat and clean.

Everything went well for Natasha’s annual checkup considering what we’re going through now. Staff picked up my dog from the car, the doctor called & we discussed any concerns etc. I called in my credit card no. to make payment & everything went smoothly.

I tried to give 5 stars but it wouldn t let me always excellent service. The only improvement is the wait time after the appointment. Often we have to wait 20 plus minutes after the appointment and with a dog thats stressed already its sometimes difficult to wait that long.

You guys are the best! No complaints.
