This is the second time , there was a mix up with our dogs papers. Both times, the staff caught the mistake, but I am becoming less confident with the clinic.

My little pup Logan has been in the best care since I first got him. Dr.Jassel is there for both of us and we cannot thank him and the rest of the staff enough for all they’ve done!

Everybody here is extremely friendly and helpful. However, I wish the vet tech noticed the lump on my dog’s bum while taking her temperature.

My family and kitties are always treated with compassion and respect, whether during regular checkups or during difficult end-of-life care. Won’t take my kitties anywhere else.

Quite often when my husband or I come to the clinic and there are no other patients in the office, we find ourselves waiting past our scheduled appointment time by up to 15 minutes before being taken into the examination room. This is very annoying.

I don t think the gel is going to work very well. The drops are easier.

Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. You always make a fuss over our dog Harriet. And then the next pet arrives and you are just as nice with them. It s not easy always being so positive. A vey good vibe in the place. Harriet is always so excited to go there--our last dog would shake and shiver at the vet we used for years. And the doctor was wonderful with a personal follow up. I have over heard people say you are expensive. I don t think so. Worth every penny we spend with you. I recommend your clinic to everyone. Thanks again and don t ever change!!

feel upset that some services were performed that weren’t required to escalate the bill. Ie 3x xrays taken, why, IV drip all day, why? I have owned dogs most of my life & I have never felt this upset over a vet bill.

As usual I was pleased with my visit to Erin Mills. Am now awaiting the results Poppy’s urine sample.

As always, Opie was treated well and taken care of by your friendly staff. We can travel with peace of mind knowing he is happy during his stay. Thank you once again

Most excellent. It all started with Michelle s amazing heartfelt ability toward caring and compassion which was a trickle down effect or trickle up, haha.

Thanks for helping my baby, Shyloh. Although we never got to the root of her issue since her tests all came back normal, I believe it was psychological for her and when we figured it out it did fix itself in the end.

We received excellent service for Snowball when bringing him in for care. I cannot get your stars above to register for me but they all should be on five. His care is still ongoing but thank you for your assistance. Mary Denham

My only comment is that I had booked Abi’s appointment with Dr. Veitch, however a different vet took the appointment. I don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself and did not explain why she was replacing Dr. Veitch.
