During Covid-19, I could not go inside. My cat was picked up from my car and examined and returned. I am so satisfied with the service and the doctor follow up. Everyone there is so polite and it is the reason I bring my cat to you. Love you all. Keep up the good customer service. Meggie loves you all too.

We were disappointed with our last visit. As we had to wait outside, our expectation was that the clinic/doctor/staff would pay special attention to Polar (our pet dog) as he was going to get 3 needles without us being present to comfort him. When Polar came out, he was very stressed and took quite some time to settle down. We had asked his nails and talons to be clipped (I told this to Dr Peter when we spoke over phone before he was taken in and the staff who came out to take Polar in). But the employee who brought him out said they did not clip his nails/talons as it was not required which is not true as his talons are very sharp (I could send you a picture of his talon) and yesterday, one of his nails chipped off. The staff also said that Polar needs training as he was trying to bite them . So it is clear that the staff tried to clip the nails after he got the 3 needles so Polar would already been stressed and hence tried to bite which is a natural defensive reaction as he was already stressed out after getting 3 needles on both the hind legs!! The doctor/staff should have clipped his nails/talons first before giving him the 3 needles : what do you expect a stressed dog to do after getting 3 needles and then some one trying to hold his legs - at least the doctor should have known this is bound to happen. So instead of taking proper care, the staff gave us a wrong information (that his nails were ok) and then tried to blame Polar for this (he was trying to bite).

The service was amazing and the communication was incredible. Everyone as always makes us so appreciative that we continue to use your services.

The entire team was and is fantastic. They answered my after hours question and concerns about our dogs health and took her in the next day, even a doctor came in on her day off. Thank you ALL so much for your help. More than 5 stars if I could.

Having my little pups under the medical care of Erin Mills Pet Hospital is just the best way to keep them safe and healthy. In this particular case, with Covid-19 pandemic, I felt totally safe having my pup there for a check up. I went in for my dogs anual check up and shots and ended up paying more than 400 dollars. I was not explained the values of each of the procedures that she would get. Also if you are not knowledgeable about the really necessity procedures it is not clear to a client what is a real need and what is recommended. Everything seems to be in the same category and need. I am not satisfied with the processes at the clinic. Other than that the doctor and staff seemed very kind.

Five stars across the board! You guys are great! Maybe a reminder phone call on appts for old gals like me!

Staff was helpful and friendly as always. Was able to make a appointment and be seen the following morning. Was very clear in all billing and medication explanations.
