if you overbook call and let us know you re running late, don t just tell us you booked an extra appointment when we come on time and that it will be a while...twice in a row I had to wait over half an hour past my apt time because of this which I don t appreciate with a nervous dog..also didn t appreciate the way you tried to upsell the wellness test at billing time without talking about it during the apt at all. Very disappointed with the experience two visits in a row

Dr Varma is an outstanding vet. She truly cares about the animals and adjusts based on my dogs. One is very outgoing and friendly and one is very skittish and cautious and she is able to go slow and steady with my skittish dog and can handle and slow down my energetic dog. I come all the way from Peterborough to see her and I will continue to come to her during my dogs life.

I am always pleased with service at your hospital, the staff are pleasant, courteous and quite kind.

After more than 20 years I am beginning to find the costs of bringing my pet to Erin Mills Pet Hospital becoming excessive. I understand you need to run a business and I hope you understand as I consumer I need to explore my options.

The receptionists Ashleigh and Michelle are always friendly and efficient. Dr. Veitch is an excellent veterinarian. She listens when we talk about Snowflake and makes sure that she gets the proper treatment.She is gentle with our cat and clearly explains things. She answers all of our questions.

Always a pleasure to come into the office. Doctors genuinely care for the animals. Everyone always very friendly.
