The reason I gave a 4 star for providers taking enough time is that Riley our cat does not like visits to the clinic. Tried everything to keep him calm (including anxiety meds)and therefore the examination was limited. Dr. Peter was amazing, very patient and sensitive to Riley s needs. Parts of examination could not be completed.

Dr. Rutledge is so compassionate and kind! I ve never had a vet or a doctor take so much time with me to help me through a challenging time. Thanks so much.

Everything was good, Erin Mills Pet Hospital has taken care of my pets for years and they ve always been wonderful.

I recommend the Dr not be involved in the billing. He input incorrect codes and incorrect information causing me to wait even long after making me wait over 30mins to be seen for my appointment. In the end the ladies at the front desk had to do double the work to sort things out. Not effective for anyone.

Never feel rushed. Feel like a real partner in my pet s care. With ongoing issues, I was invited to use e-mail to report on my pet s progress and ask for ongoing instructions.

If an appointment is to be delayed longer than 15 minutes I would prefer a phone call advising me to come later so that I am not there with a stressed animal, or 3 stressed animals.

I think your facility is absolutely top notch. We could never think of going anywhere else and only wish we had known about you earlier with our previous pet. Just wondering when we are going to receive a copy of the initial examination of Harriet. We like to keep a file of all this information.

Amazing workers

It was recommended I give my dog Jackson (Beagle) a daily dose of flexadin. I m very disappointed that nothing was said about the possibility of him being sick. I ve had Jackson for 8 years and never once was he sick. The morning I gave him one dose of Flexadin, he was sick all day, barfed up 4 times. Basically I wasted $70.70 for one pill that caused us both grief. I called the day this happened and spoke to a lady at the front desk, she asked me to hold on the phone and we got disconnected and no one called back. Can I return the flexadin, if not, someone else can have it since I have no use for it. Maureen

I so appreciated being able to bring Dutch in on Friday afternoon. Thank you for the followup call about Dutch on Saturday. Have been coming to the clinic for over 40 years & I have much to be grateful for. Not sure if my mouse clicked properly but all 5 questions are a 5 or excellent. Paws up!

When using on line booking if and when doctors change it would be nice to know ahead so you can change your appointment if you want to see a particular doctor. Otherwise excellent visit!??
