I had a sick trouble maker. You got me in right away in the morning. The doctor was great with Mr. Attitude and she gave him a good run down. In the end we had a game plan that worked after discussing a few options. Blood work came back reasonable as well, was surprised with a call that late, but happy. The costs were very reasonable for the services. I have recommended your services to a few people. Your staff cares about the pet and that is important. Keep up the good work.

Was charged for three tins of food that were supposed to be samples given by the Vet. A bit unfair if you re suggesting my pet needs them and there is no guarantee that my pet is even going to like them. It was not mentioned that they would need to be paid for during the appointment. Was also charged for a Vaccine appointment but no vaccines were given in the end. Not sure if that changes the amount of the appointment as billing is never discussed during the appointments. Also rash decisions are forced upon you that leave you with a $450 bill at the end of the appointment. A bit frustrating as this happens every couple of months and nothing is every wrong with my pet.

Our cat was not feeling well very suddenly in the morning. They were very accommodating and took us in with an appointment very quickly. We had never seen Dr. Park before, and she was very thorough and explained the tests clearly and answered all questions. Thank you for taking care of our cats!

We had to sedate Callie but there was not enough staff to help with a crazy kitty. We had to make an extra trip before the appointment to get the medication so one would think you would schedule the appointment accordingly. We live in Toronto so travel can be 40 minutes to your location. We love your clinic but it was a little frustrating. Looking forward to seeing an estimate for Callie. Thank you.

I can not thank Dr Robbia and the kind kind lady in reception , she as been there almost as long as I have with many past dogs and cats and she still cares about this dog Mary Agnes... but I know they will not give up on her or me.

The Vet (she was young, forgot her name) seemed to try rushing the appointment a lot, which made me uncomfortable to ask a few more questions, but she was very friendly so that s good.

I ve been using Erin Mills Pet Hospital for all my pets for at least 10 years now and all the Vets and staff are very friendly, helpfull and compassionate with my pets. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone that wants top quality care for their pets.

I really appreciated Michelle bing able to squeeze us in on a very busy clinic day! And it was wonderful that Dr. Varma did Quick exam of Blaze in the front area as he was too nervous to go to a back room!! Very wonderful experience as it is always here!!
