Dr. Jassal was AMAZING!! So informative and helpful. I can feel he really cares about his patients. It was also very nice , when the office checked in the day after to see how Guinness is doing. Thank you so much !!

Not enough 1 to 1 time with the vet, felt very rushed.

Cheaper prices just hard for us like alit others covid has hit hard. Know it s your business.

The office should move forward with a plan to allow owners in with their pets for their vet visits. Its been one year into the pandemic already. I m sure the offices are properly prepared. People are vaccinated & PPE s in place. Pets have anxiety and/or other issues & owners want to be with them. Why is it that children can visit physicians with their parents but pets can t visit with their owners? It s pretty much the same thing. Some change is needed there!

All staff members are so friendly and have a high level of professionalism. A special mention to Dr. J. Starink, who by all accounts seems to be the mother of the animals in this hospital. Thank you to all for caring of our Archie (Shih Tzu).

Keep up the good work, folks! Having the pet hospitals open even during lockdown as a clearly essential business means sooooooo much to myself and everybody who relies on animal services. Having our pets during these challenging times has made things much more manageable for us. Being able and willing to maintain their health isn’t a lot to ask. They expect us to love and care for them the way they show us in return. Thanks again. Here’s hoping that Covid doesn’t get the best of everybody! ??

I am always happy with the service. You care about my pets and go out of your way to keep them happy and safe. The prices have been reasonable and the staff is warm and friendly.

My only concern was how you did not indicate Harriet s weight on the recap / receipt. I had to phone in to get that information.
