The staff at Erin Mills Pest Hospital is excellent (especially Michelle at the front desk, as she makes the environment so inviting and friendly). I ve met many vets over the last 11 years and I honestly feel that that they all have my dog s health best interest at heart. The vet assistants are all so positive too. Number 6 is because of the Covid restrictions.

I can’t comment on the office facilities since due to Covid we remain in our car / outside during the visit.

I just felt that since I couldn t go in, my dog did not get a proper exam. I get that the dog was nervous, but i felt since I paid for a proper check up, some consideration would be given to bringing her back or doing outside or something. As it stands, her hips or teeth weren t checked. A little disappointed.

I am not really sure if my star ratings worked but 5 stars for everything!! Dr. Bick Jassal is so friendly, funny and he knows what he’s talking about and explains everything really well. It makes taking my pets there so much less stressful. It’s not easy bringing in your pets as they usually don’t make it easy for you, but he takes all the stress away because he is very good at his job. I really enjoy the friendly and welcoming customer service I receive every time I go here. Keep up the amazing work!

I ve been bringing Brutus to the clinic for 10 years now since he was just a little pup. I ve always been extremely happy with the level of care he s received. In fact I drive all the way from Brantford for his appointments. The staff is absolutely fantastic, Brutus loves them and you can tell they really care about him too. I would not bring him anywhere else.

Great staff

When an owner has stuff to load into the car on departure, please do not bring out the pet carrier and just leave in on the ground (with the animal in it) for the owner to retrieve when able to. Staff are busy, but the welfare of the animal should always come first, especially during the winter.
