As usual, excellent service, even during these hard times during Covid. Staff very accommodating ...a new partnership has changed the practice somewhat but after going there for more than 20 years we go back as our 2 favorite docs and some staff are still there.

Thank you for your great work and treatment of pets. My cat would usually come home bewildered and scared after a vet appointment but when he comes home after your clinic, he’s completely calm and normal. Thank you for taking such great care of him.

Thank you for seeing Ellie Mae on Saturday. Ellie is not crazy about going to the Vet s normally but with Covid restrictions it makes it harder for her to understand and go in alone, especially somewhere new. I cannot express enough how happy we are that this clinic was able to save our cat. My cat was hospitalized for 2 days and even during covid the team constantly updated me and told me to call anytime I wanted to check in. They also allowed my husband and I to visit her once which lifted her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care you gave to our cat.

Everything was very satisfactory. Easy to make an appointment, seen almost immediately even though I was early. Took great pains that I would know what was going to happen with Freddie. Did not to check out facilties as I waited outside which was well looked after. Could not persuade the mouse to click & change.

I have yet to receive my quote for removal of lumps for my dog, it has been three days. That’s why a 2 star was given for this category.

I did not go into the office - I remained in the car, so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the office. Overall, excellent experience!
