I appreciate the front desk staff, vet techs and Dr.Polk. I transferred care for my small dog Abby from Bush Animal Hospital to Eugene Animal Hospital and am very satisfied. My small dog was very aggressive eg biting and resisting nail care - she required a muzzle for consult visit. Dr. Polk comforted both me and my dog and developed a nail care plan for my dog (first full sedation nail trim, then home medication and nail trim by techs in office). Excellent results. Staff were super kind and competent when my dog was biting and an all around terrible patient. Nail trim visit this week went very well. Thank you. I m grateful to receive veterinary care at Eugene Animal Hospital.

IN my opinion this clinic is one of the last that values their customers and their animals needs as the first priority. They put care and compassion above profit. Rare these days. I m so glad they are there for my animals when there is a need.

This is the BEST Veterinary clinic ever. The whole staff always treat you like you are family. They are all gentle & loving with animals -- they CARE & it is obvious by their behavior. I am SO THANKFUL this is the Vet home for my pets. I trust them totally & feel very loved & appreciated.

I love Eugene Animal Hospital! Dr Pollack had a great rapport with my dog , and provided a thorough and reassuring assessment of her. He answered all my questions .
