It is hard to sit in the car a/c the heat. Understand necessity with COVID. Dr. Polk is wonderful with my cats -- very patient and thorough on exams; knowledgeable and kind. Staff is great!

After going to the same vet office for 10+ years, and my favorite vet leaving, I decided to switch. I m so glad my friend recommended you guys and your office because within the first few minutes my shy rescue was eating treats out of the staff s hands and getting genuine sweet interations and not afraid anymore. She had a great time, all the staff was great at explaining everything in detail and answered all my questions. I really felt like my dog was priority there. Thank you guys so much!

Dr Morrison has been great with all 3 of my dogs. She’s kind, listens openly to any concerns or opinions and treats both dog and owner with respect and great care.

The absolute best service in Eugene. We were so pleased with the care and conversation with all the staff. We’ve had a few bad experiences with pretentious and condescending vets in town, so our hearts were so happy to have the exact opposite experience there. Thank you so much! The care our pet received made us feel like we could trust and relax. Will be switching our other pets care over to you guys soon. :)

I requested to receive my dog tags again and shot records as they have been lost after being housed for a month. I was told to go Police Dept., for tags although you could have provided me with shot records!
