We arrived early. It was about a bit past our time when the previous clients were complete, except for a cat that arrived later. (Thus #2 being 4 stars, not a problem.) The room was very clean, excepting for my Dox. She d been out before we left but pooped before the meeting, then peed after her exam. That was embarrasing, but everyone was professional. The single problem in the visit was after arriving home. I didn t want my Dox to receive the kennel cough, but there was a communication difference, and she also didn t get the flu shot. It s not a big deal since I had 3 dogs with me at the time and confusion is bound to occur. This was my first time meeting the new doctor and he was excellent. All the staff was also courteous and extremely helpful. This is especially true due to my Lab. She 9 yo and calmer than previous visits, but still has the energy and strength of the average 1 yo American Lab. She gets WAY overexcited when meeting new people, so I appologize for her crazed attitude. She s been thru over 2 years of professional training with a pro (plus my work with her) but new environments still get her wound tighter than a clock. Thank goodness you have slick floors and aids with non-slip shoes... and this is with her having one bum leg (damaged pad). Thank you for excellent care.

I was only in the exam room five minutes, or less. It was clear what my pet needed and not a complicated appointment but still nobody asked me if I had questions or any other concerns for my pet. Not something I’ve ever experienced here before. Also there was no post treatment chat with either the vet or anyone. I just got my pet, their pills, and my copy of the bill. Everyone was kind, just not the quality connection and attention to service that I’m accustomed to here.

I couldnt find the new pet scheduled for the visit, so I brought in a different pet who also had some issues! Staff accomodated the switch without complaint and were gracious and understanding and gave excellent service as always.
