I understand how things have changed and appreciate the service we currently need to comply with however I miss being inside face to face with the doctor and staff...even though communication is handled well it will never replace being able to communicate face to face. Hopefully this Pandemic will be over in the near future and this will not continue to be the normal. Thank you for the service and care you give our fur babies.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Staff did a great job trimming my bird’s nails and beak. The staff was also very knowledgeable about birds.

We love our Vet!! So caring and very understanding with the needs of our 4 girls. I have NEVER had a negative experience with them. Our girls are our 1st priority and trust these Dr’s with them. They have even taking care of our 2 birds. Our Amazon parrot had surgery and it was touch and go and he survived under their care. Yes he is a feisty fighter??

I am so grateful for Dr. Shufer and the staff here. Everyone was so informative and patient. The Dr. explained everything thoroughly and never made me feel like he was in a hurry although I could tell by the number of pets that he is in fact really busy. That meant a lot to me because this is my child we’re treating here. A lasting impression has been made on me here and I won’t be taking my little one anywhere else.

I want to thank Dr Shufer and the staff for their kind, empathic treatment of both Meeko and myself. Y all were thoughtfull and kind. Meeko is just 1 of our fur children and each are important to us. While the cost was something of a shock, I appreciate the time that was spent explaining the diagnosis and treatment. We moved to SoCal from the east coast and everything costs more. I don t know why I am surprised each time. Thank you again, for everything.

I didn’t think my bill was right she insisted that it was and I left concerned then I find out I was over charge $130 but she wouldn’t listen to me when I was asking her questions about it think it was Allison somebody with that kind of mean so first problem I’ve had with you guys otherwise I love you guys thank you now I guess I have a credit on my account

Dr. Schufer was amazing! He understood it has been a long time since we have had a puppy and pointed out potential pitfalls/issues and gave solid advice to keep my puppy safe and healthy.
