A little inconvenient waiting in the car but totally understand due to this pandemic.

They squeezed us in when our vet was closed. Great care and the Vet called me. We spoke a long time. She is amazing! If I wasn t moving, I d switch all 5 of my pets here!

My animal came out roughed you with a scar in the side of her face that wasn’t there when she went in. Y’all should let the pet owner go in with the pet.

I would recommend telling people to stay in their cars until asked to deliver their pet. A woman was standing by the doorway waiting until they came for her pet and my dog then had to be carried to not be near her large old dog. The staff was very helpful, it is the owners who need to learn the rules.

I have a very, very difficult pet and appreciate the folks who handle her so much. She s finally on the road to getting healthier after a long effort to get her in a state to be taken out of her carrier. I m so grateful for the patience and care shown by the staff.

Everything has always been great except for the male vet tech who tried pushing me to pay for a $600 allergy test when I repeatedly told him that wasn’t the reason why I brought my dog in to the vet, and that I could not afford it at this time. I asked him to please stop because I wasn’t going to pay for the test, and he kept pushing and was rude about it. So I had to wait for him to finish, so we could move onto why my dog was really there...an ear infection and vaccines. When a customer tells you “Not at this time”, “I cant afford it”, and “No”, that is the time to stop trying to up sell. It was very irritating.

Alta Rancho did a great job with treating my cat, when I was worried with what was happening with him. They handled him with care and was able to ease my stress and worry.

This place definitely my feather kids best recommend vet
