I’ve been going there for years. Love the doctors love the staff. Truly care about my pets.

I can’t comment on cleanliness of facility as didn’t go inside. Doctor explained his assessments clearly-however did not appear to listen to history I tried to explain. Talked over me and insisted the bird was unwell. Bird is thin - I mentioned this when I made his appointment. He has a long history of food refusals and picky eating. I have bought special diets to cook for him - he eats for a couple of offerings then refuses. Treats fruits and veg like chew toys - tears them up and spits them out. Doctor ordered bloodwork, which was fine - bird has had this before, and unnecessary medication, the administration of which is stressful for the bird and has resulted in my, predictably, being bitten. I feel I need to complete the course of antibiotics since started in order not to contribute to resistance, but this is frustrating. Perhaps a bit more listening to history, and a more conservative approach to ordering meds would be beneficial. Bloodwork, which “fortunately looked pretty good,” according to the doctor’s voicemail, could have been done and then meds ordered if needed - not unnecessarily.

Very professional and kind to my pet. They explained everything to us in detail and took the time to make sure we understood all the information they gave us. Would highly recommend .

Dr. Henderson is absolutely wonderful. Her love of animals shows on every visit. She takes the time to answer all questions even when she probably already explained it.

Dr. Henderson always takes the time to explain things and makes you feel like you re important, especially when you re dealing with a sick pet.

My dog was given a chewable medication. It was quite expensive. He refused to take it. I called and talked to a staff member and was told it came in liquid form, but they would not give me a refund or credit on the chewable one. If I had been given the option I would have ask for the liquid. I now have a $150 pres. I can’t use and paid $180. for the liquid.

The doctors and staff are always exceptional.
