Dr.Han & the staff are very professional and friendly. I have been taking my two fur babies there since we adopted them over 5 years ago and because of their attention & care I am willing to drive 1/2 hour to go there to take care of my babies!!

Came in post neutering procedure and dog was brought out with cone still on and no call from the vet/staff. We had to ask several follow up questions to get an update.

Tenafly Veterinary Center is amazing! Dr. Barnea and Dr. Han and their staff are wonderful. Kind, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this practice and would not trust my cat with any other group.

When we picked up our dog he was all wet and cold. It’s winter now. When asked what happened no one had a clear answer.

Everyone always polite and professional. Doctor B. is excellent at taking time to explain everything and we couldn t ask for more.

Dr. Barnea and staff are magnificent. Friendly, personable, supremely professional and compassionate. Would not go anywhere else for my pet s veteninary necessities.

Prices were above what I think is reasonable. Despite the great professionalism and quality of service, there should be a way to avoid $2500 bill for cat lethargy evaluation

Excellent customer service and the Doctor make sure that the owner knows everything form the visit.

I was told by doctor that Angel weighed 16lbs while last year was 7lbs. I couldn’t believe she gained more than double in a year! The doctor explained angel was weighed 3 times to make sure it is correct even without her leash, clothes, name tag and harness. However, I weighed her at home and she was 9.2lbs. Angel was severely shivering and could not move for 36hours after the shots given. I am concerned if there was any mixed up in dogs inside the office since guardian was not allowed to go inside. I need the office to recheck on angel’s check up data and dosage of shots given to her with clear evidence. I want to make sure the shots given and the dosage were correct. I need doctor’s follow up call in earliest time with recheck up on Angel to make sure her conditions are correctly checked up. I really love the office service that I go back every year for annual check up even though fee is much higher than other vets. I really do not want to lose my trust due to incorrect check up data and need the office honest and professional follow up.

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, I have yet to see the office or meet face to face with my pet s provider --- but I have a strong feeling the facility is quite clean.

I feel so safe and secure leaving my Benny with you. Every procedure is always explained step by step. Dr.Han is absolutely wonderful and so patient. I will stay forever with them.
