I’m so very happy with this office! Dr. Kinne and all of the staff are so friendly and professional. They have been safely serving our pets through COVID. Although we have to wait in the car while our pet is seen, the staff and doctors and amazing at providing the best care and keeping us humans updated throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Geeghan is the best. Colonie Animal Hospital is lucky to have her. All the staff were pleasant and nice to work with.

I understand that Pepper was hyper in the office because she was excited to see everyone. I am sorry if she gave everyone a hard time. I needed to find out what it was on her right front leg if it was a wood tick or a skin tag and if a skin tag should we just leave it or what do we do. I never got my question answered. Other than that everything else was perfect and I Thank everyone for their patience with Pepper. See you all again in July. Judy Gillan.

Because of this virus we couldn’t go in the office. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t be with my pet in the exam room. Well maybe next time.

I understand that the conditions due to the Corona 19 virus caused a disruption in normal service, but my conversation with the doctor was totally useless. He recommended flea and tick protection when my dog had a flea collar on, he stated the dog was too stressed to trim his nails yet recommended they do 2 biopsies on lumps on my dog s body. The fact it was a cell call, and it sounded like the doctor was wearing a mask along with his accent (nothing personal) made the entire consolation and exam useless as far as i am concerned. I hope when i return for a follow up, you would consider waiving the office visit fee. I have been bringing my pets to Colonie since the 80 s and never had a problem.

Due to COVID, I was unable to go in the office but the staff was extremely friendly and provided lots of time on the phone and opportunity to ask questions. Always pleased with this group!!

I thought the recheck of Buddys ear was included in the first bill I paid (that was over $500). Total bill for my 2 dogs that day were over $800 and one of the dogs still has to come back for his required shots. I felt it was just another way to get more money from me for very little work. This may be the straw that breaks the camels back and forces my to look for a vet closer to my house in Rotterdam to take care of my 2 dogs and cat.

I wouldn’t bring my Kaiser anywhere else. The staff here is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk knowing my Kaiser by name, to Mark whom is just amazing with Kaiser and of course Dr Koran-Roth! If it wasn’t for him getting Kaiser set on his anti-seizure meds, Kaiser wouldn’t be 18 mths seizure free :)

Office facility cleanliness is N/A. We did not go inside.

Once again I was very satisfied in the manner my dog was received & with the courteous service given me. I have been trusting the staff at Colonie Animal with my dogs for the past 35 years & have never had a negative comment about their service. Thanks for all you do!

procedure seemed to go quite smoothly

owners not alowed into facilities, so I could not observe their condition

I know you had some onforseen issues Friday afternoon but we waited in our car from 3:00 - 4:20 over one hour and 20 minutes before Bryce was taken in. It would have been better if we were told when we arrived we would have rescheduled or gone home for an hour. Staff and Dr Kinney were great as usual.
