best vet clinic and doctors I have ever taken my animals to. Dr. Gill is the best! The staff is great. Sandy is always pleasant and most helpful and Jamie is great as well. The vet techs are also very helpful and seem to be very thorough. I like the follow up phone calls.

Buddy is not a ‘people’ dog. We explained this to the ladies who came out to the waiting room to give him his shot. Because of how they approached him, he felt threatened. He would not have been as threatened if 1) they would have taken the time to calmly meet him and 2) not corner him. They should have let us help them with making him more comfortable rather than the way they handled him. As it was, he got very scared of them. I think he felt ganged up on.

Dr Dixon was great! She paid attention to my dog and listened to my concerns.

The best Vet in the West!

Always excellent service and kind and compassionate staff.

Even tho it was heartbreaking to have to have my kitty s lower left mandible removed, everyone couldn t have been kinder and provided extra special care with him. I just hope that recovery will go well and he has a new life as normal as possible.

We were traveling through the state and needed our dog examined on an emergency basis. The office fit us in and saw us almost immediately. So, thank you!

Was surprised to find out Shilo s the shot went from $114.00 to $142.00 in 3 months. It is what it is but I had told my husband to figure on it being $114.00. He took her this time instead of me. It did help almost instantly though so I am happy about that. Thanks for being there for her.

Amazing and they were thorough in answering my questions

The receptionist was very rude about the fact I didn’t have my old dogs shot records.

I brought my puppy in for a heartworm check and the staff was very busy (understandable, and I m sure, not predicted). We were in the office for more than a half-hour, which isn t a big deal for me, except I was told it would just be a few minutes and my puppy spent the whole time feeling. It may have been helpful to know we d be there longer because I could have prepared for a half-hour training session. From now on I will bring treats, but I wonder if it might be possible for the staff to have placed us in a room while we waited so that my pup wasn t anxious and over-excited every time a new client entered or left?

A sudden K9 eye incident demanded attention and Gem City made time amongst scheduled appointments to evaluate our dog. Field grass seed was removed from the eye but had scratched the eyeball requiring medication. We’re thankful for the immediate attention as waiting until the following morning could have had tragic results.
